This place was very clean and a great. Place to stay. I would recommend to anyone

This is my fourth stay at this location. The rooms have always been impeccably clean, comfortable and updated, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is well-rounded in a clean dining room. I haven't had the chance to use the pool but hope to on my next visit.

Stayed here several times. Great staff, great hotel, great price.

Staff was very rude and nasty attitudes

This was THE WORST hotel stay in my 40 years on this Earth! We were coming home from visiting the Arc and needed a place around the 8 hr mark to stay the night! We didn’t get there til late, literally showered and went to bed, woke up at 6am and started the last 8hours home! An hour after we arrived home we get a notice of 500$! Pending charge from these people! I immediately look up the number call and it rang once *bonk bonk* then hung up! I called over 30 times that evening and next day and same thing! Could NOT get a human being on the phone! After two days we start the refute process then and only then we find out they’re blaming us for a TV we literally did not even turn ON! And Not only that there’s another 4$ charge for what I can only assume is the two drinks me and my son got out of their closet for snacks and PAID CASH FOR! At the front counter mind you so this should be easily verified by their cameras!!!!! My family and pet were nothing but well behaved and weren’t even here a full 12 hrs!!! How are you gonna take half someone’s checking account give NO explanation and won’t even answer the Phone?!!!! I have never been LIED on like this for profit!!!!! So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE, unless u wanna have the room next to you hanging on wall throughout the night, no vending machine unless someone unlocks there “closet” for you , pay cash and be DOUBLE charged for it, and then return home with half your checkings gone over a made up LIE!!!

Check in was great. Staff was super friendly. The room was really clean. But the shower door had big gaps so water got all over the floor. There was no where in the shower to put my soap or shampoo so they had dj sit on the floor. The door fo the room is not a secure fit so all of the light from the hallway lights up the whole room all night and the walls are paper thin. There were people in the hallway at 11pm being really loud and they had a crying kid. That went on for about 30 minutes. I heard people talking and doors slamming all night/morninv. Then the noise started back up at 6am. The bed was softer than I like and the pillows weee flat. It took all 3 together to make 1 pillow

I was charged an extra $20 for my 2 grandbabies. I booked a double room. I'll be looking for another hotel from now on. There were other things that happened, but It's in another recent review.

The past few times I've been here, hasn't been the most pleasant. I've been here several times in the past year, however, I don't think I'll be going back. When I checked out last time....the front desk guy, made me wait until he checked the room before I could leave. I didn't have an issue or anything. So that was weird. Then they claimed they couldn't find my reservation that we made a week prior. The past few interactions have been unpleasant. Also, I was charged extra $20 for my 2 grandbabies.

Great place to stay!! super nice staff, the place was clean, and I felt very safe traveling alone with my 1 year old. We will stay here every time we come to Tuscaloosa.

The room was clean but had a terrible odor, which was too much requested to be moved.

The room was extremely spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The staff is always wonderfully it is the main reason I return and they remember who I am makes stay much better

The accommodations were great I just had one issue the refrigerator made a constant noise it was kind of annoying!

Delightful stay after a long day of driving. Stellar staff! Breakfast included a pancake making machine, a first for. They were delicious.
