SureStay Hotel by Best Western Tuscaloosa Southeast

Overall, the room had a odor...I think because of the carpeting.

Check-in staff was very nice and helpful. Parking area was well lit. The bedding was clean and mattress very firm. The bathroom needed cleaning and all the towels and washrags had holes in them.

Staffing Wasn’t that clean didn’t have the mini bar they advertised

Great location for many things on Tuscaloosa! Rooms were not bad. Beds did not seem washed

When we arrived in our room it smelled but once we put the air on it ran for a while the smell went away. The carpet felt nasty when I walked around bare feet.

We liked the atmosphere and comfort of the hotel. Breakfast was good as well.

I feel like they need renovations. The bed was hard. The room was not clean. The shower needs new shower heads. The only thing good thing is the price.

Last but not least the Lazy boy is a nice touch keep up the good work !! Huey

Breakfast was good and the parking did feel safe. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Mr Hughie and his staff are always so warm and welcoming. We stay at this hotel whenever we are passing through Tuscaloosa. The property is well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Good location large room and quiet

Location Tub was dirty with hair couldn’t use shower room was changed with out me being notified picked that room for a reason

Breakfast was ok The hotel was half cleaned and sticky

They don’t want you in the room after 9:30am they will try to get you out of the room before check out.
