We switched my guys through about five rooms and each one had mold in the bathroom, AC did not work or all kinds of spider webs and spiders in the rooms. Very unacceptable conditions. I ended up calling Expedia and getting a refund. I put them in the Hampton across the street.

The property was super clean and safe. I would highly recommend this place. The hotel was in a safe and convenient location. And the price was right.
-
Area The thin walls and you hear everything. It wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Due to graduation at University of Alabama resulting in a shortage of hotel rooms, I paid $970.00 for two rooms for one night. The price I would consider fair would be $250.00.

The room was good. Hair dryer didn’t work but they gave us another one. The breakfast wasn’t much, very few choices. Juice boxes were terrible. No orange juice. Staff was friendly. Way too expensive for one night.

The rooms are small, but clean. Outstanding staff. The staff really makes the stay worthwhile and amazing.

Location and price Went out of town for the weekend of Easter to visit family. After a 3 hour drive, we Arrived at the hotel and checked in at Frontdesk ,. We received key that did not work to our first room. received another key that did not work after giving us another room and was told they had been having trouble with the keys not working. Decided at this point , to come back down stairs and ask for a refund as we were not able to get into either room. Desk clerk was rude stating we could not cancel and it had to be within 24 hours. Then proceeded to get smart stating she know we not getting an attitude. Very unprofessional to speak to a customer after they were the ones that gave a customer that had paid online two rooms that we could not enter after traveling and pre-registering. I Asked to speak to the manager and needless to say received a full refund . Immediately went next door to holiday inn express. I normally don’t do reviews on people but the service is horrible and the desk clerk even worse clearly was the one with the attitude.

This pertains to my room: the hair dryer didn't work and I was told they couldn't get another one, the phone was sitting on the table with no cord. The room was clean and the bed was very nice but the small square pillows were hard to sleep on. Being on the ground floor, there were people walking around at 2:00 am right above us and all during the night. Advice would be to bring your own pillow, hair dryer and stay on the top floor. Breakfast was good also with hot and cold choices.

Friendly lady that works mornings at front desk she's a me amazing. Privacy. Quietness. We stayed a total of 12 days so far and they were all supposed to continue through booking. And stayed at that price and we did not we were charged double and didn't realize this until breaking down bank statements this moment but evidently have not only the first 3 nights. We checked out on the expectations that our transitions at our. Property and home renovations were finished unfortunately had not so we came back to be given a room with mold in the showers on the walls and tub which we didn't notice right away due to being out in town most of that day . The wash cloths and towels and tub had pubic hair from someone prior stayed the toilet clogged.over flowed it's horrible And soon as this happen I went to front descreetly wrote a note and list of issues handed them to the woman working night shift and was given keys to 116 which had the unfortunately ungodly smell of horrible asbestos and growing mold literally on the wall in the same places on tub and shower we then were sent to 111 which had no made service whatsoever no sheets on beds fridge not plugged in by this time no microwave but to be honest We're so tiredi called the male to check the room asked for linen clean ones I got clean sheets covers and had to make the beds myself cleaned the room myself completely stocked the necessities in bathroom myself no hair dryer no iron all accommodations that was promised. Ever since we checked in not one time will anyone answer our needs or front desk at all. We tried to be as little bother as possible but enough is enough and I believe we deserve a night comped for all of our trouble as much money we have paid for this place something should be done we felt very uncomfortable unappreciated treated as if we were being a bother for simply asking for what I paid for. I'd love to speak to a higher up accommodations specialist owner manager someone that could help me further.
