We stayed one night. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We really enjoyed both times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms clean. I would recommend staying there.

I’d never heard of this hotel chain, but I’m so glad we decided to stay here. The staff was so friendly and made some worn-out travelers with a little dog feel very welcome. The $20/pet/night pet fee, in comparison to other hotel’s pet fees, was very reasonable. I would love to stay at this chain again, but I truly doubt any other location can outdo the hospitality of the Idahoans!

Staff is always super friendly and accommodating! The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. They have ample parking! We always appreciate the full size fridge and freezer.

Very clean. Actually the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in all week. Couldn’t figure out the TV or whether we could watch Netflix on it.

Di at check in was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Somehow I had mistakenly booked two rooms and she fixed it quickly with no issues or charges. The property was clean, had fresh coffee and cookies even in the evening, and we slept well. We would definitely go back.

Clean. Accepted dogs. Good travel location for a stop. I was very disappointed in this property. The rooms have a kitchen but not a single dish. What’s a stove for if you can’t use it. Nothing was in the cupboards! When you rent a room with these kitchen facilities, I think it’s fair to expect to use them. When I asked the front desk, I was told no dishes due to OSha, stating because they can’t be sanitized without a dishwasher in the room. They said they had some dishes they could loan us, including paper products.

The first room we were given smelled like cat pee. The front desk was helpful in resolving that by giving us a new room. However, after the toilet overflowed in our room, we had to try and resolve the issue ourselves because “the maintenance person was camping and the manager wasn’t answering calls”. We had to spend over an hour arguing with the front desk clerk to call someone for help. Very disappointed with the whole ordeal.

Room was clean. Compressor in the refrigerator was very loud.. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The keys worked quite well. All around a good experience.
