Shortly afterwards, I ran into another guest upset he was constantly misdirected in his attempts to locate the ice machine. Based upon my mentioned experience, I would lean toward his account. For the cost, the property representatives should be more engaged with guests. Thank you.

Maybe leave the pool open til 10 or 11pm with how hot it gets

Clean outdated room, close to beach access at rear of parking lot. Nice pool. Continental breakfast. Microwave breakfast items with several options.

It's not a bad place if you want beach access on Tybee, but I felt like my money would have gone a lot further in Florida; it wasn't exactly cheap.

The staff were very helpful. Me and my girls had a blast as always. We love the pool and the easy access to the ocean. This was our second stay and I was not disappointed! I will be back next summer!

This hotel is perfect for the beach goers , beach access is steps away from your room , the bed was comfortable and clean , sadly the hotel is very dated and in need of a facelift . The staff were helpful and polite . I definitely will book again .

Met our needs for a short 2 day beach trip!

The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back.

Very nice accommodations. Clean rooms. Walking distance to restaurant/bar/shopping. The beach access was amazing!

The hotel was great as far as staff goes. I was a little surprised at how old the property was. It was not run down just an d fashioned hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s a one time good deal with a great view of the ocean.

Great hotel & location! Just steps to the beach. The room was super clean and the staff, especially the housekeeper on our floor was so sweet! Can’t wait to go back & we will definitely book here!

Great room and view. Breakfast was okay. I was hoping the have eggs and hot meals. The pool, room views and access to the beach are the best part of the stay. They charge $20 per towel for pool and beach so bring one along. Over all great experience.

The staff was extremely helpful. I saw maintenance in groundskeeping people all the time cleaning and just taking care of the property. The people were very nice, the atmosphere of the hotel itself was very nice compared to some of the other hotels I've stayed at on the island...

You’re only allowed one vehicle per room. For a parking pass. If you have an extra car be sure to park in the pay for parking.

Balcony way too small and Chairs on Balcony were way too big. View sucked unless you stood up. God forbid if you have to use the bathroom. Everytime we would have to call front desk to get maintenance to unclog toilet and have to hold down handle to flush. I have stayed there multiple times and this was the worst. I am requesting a refund due to the fact that I feel it was a total waste of money. Very disappointed.

We loved where we stayed!! The location was wonderful however for some reason we had a handicap room that was the only thing we didn’t understand about it but we managed it and enjoyed our stay.
