Room was dated and a little dingy. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Both elevators were broken. Many trips up multiple flights of stairs. We did have a beach view, but it also overlooked the public beach access portable bathrooms. The pool side bar was lovely and the bartenders were great. Location was easily walkable to nearby shops and restaurants.

liked view of beach and the breeze in from the surf

It was a short walk to the beach

Beautiful view on the top balcony. Weather was nice too

If ur going to tybee it’s a solid option .. the splash pad is great if ya got little kids . But there were these weeds with super hard prickly things we kept stepping on .. like lpods not just on the weeds by laying around. Need to keep them sprayed or something . Also I wouldn’t waste money on the ocean view .. even from the 3rd floor the dune has gotten so big ya can’t even see the beach .. really not worth the extra charge

We had to clean our own rooms. We had to get the garbage together and put in the bag for them. We had to make our own bed. They didn't pick up the dirty towels, except a couple times in 5 days. They did come by every day to see if we needed towels and that was it.

Beach view

Nice beach view and good location to everything
-
Also, if you want a true ocean view, ask for a room on the 4th floor.

Room had all amenities. The floor wasn’t mopped clean upon our arrival.

This place needs to be demolished. There was NOTHING resort about it. Oh my bad, it was on the beach. The lining of the pool was bubbled, everything in the hotel was disgustingly dirty. It’s totally outdated, there was hair(someone’s) all over the room, along with the mold. They should pay people to stay there & this hotel needs to be removed from Hotels.com site. The ONLY thing they have going for them is location. The hotel could really be demolished & made into more parking for beach goers.

The floors you could tell had not been mopped. The sheets were clean, and the pillows were comfortable. The towels did not get changed every day like we had asked the toilet in the front office was clogged the entire time. The staff was very friendly and very attentive and we’re very helpful just at the tiki bar was amazing. She was very friendly very knowledgeable about places to go eat. We thoroughly enjoyed talking and hanging out with her at the Tiki bar.

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel is too expensive for the level of service it provides. The room was not clean when we arrived, and the front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly. On top of that, we were charged a higher parking fee than what was listed in the app, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience did not match the price, and I expected much better.

Our rooms ceiling plaster was falling down on to floor and microwave area. Hallways were dirty. Bathroom had mold and dust. Only positive of this hotel was the location.
-
Perfect place for my husband and I to relax.
-
The hotel was not bad! The hotel/room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was convenient to the beach and restaurants and such on Tybee!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay their again

Awesome spot 🤘

The room decor and furnishings are tired and amenities like coffee and shampoo are poor quality. Good location though, but there is a public parking lot between the hotel and beach. You have to go off property for any meals or good coffee. Pricey for the quality.

Rooms with a view are basic and shockingly expensive, but the view is so amazing. Floors are sandy, but I’m not sure how anyone could stop that. Deposit is a full night stay up front. Great location near the pier and shops.
