I loved that the walking distance to most everything wasn’t far Our room never got checked on, no toilet paper (I had to call and ask for it), our trash was never taken out like it was in the past. We also didn’t receive our drink tokens like we have on the past. Our last day, the key card stopped working and had to go the front desk a few times to get it resolved.

Upon arrival I was assigned a room after a 30 mins wait. Not enough staff at check in. When I got to room other guests were occupying the room. House keeping had to move us to another room. Room floors were dirty and sticky. Black Mold on ceiling rusty lamps. No soap or body wash in containers. You can tell hotel is old and in need of major renovation. Outdoors wasn’t kept up trash and water leaks all around doors and walkways.

Dirty, inconvenient to get to beach, Some days, you got clean towels, other days you did not. Rusty fixtures, worn out bed that the springs yell when you get up or down. Water dripping from power outlet. Would not recommend, especially for that kind of of price.

Location is very good. Had always been clean but there was some trash left in the room this time. Another guest's room was so dirty they asked for a refund and moved hotels while I was checking in. Office staff was fine but hotel staff was not friendly. It'a been a couple years since we'd stayed there so I was surprised we got such a good price in season. Not having a on-site restaurant anymore is a pain. Seems to be changing from a nice place to a budget hotel.

Wonderful stay! Great location and amenities! Will be back soon!

Right on the beach! a pool and a pool/splash pad area for kids. Nice rooms. Beach towels provided. Plenty of places to visit and eat.

PROS: Great location to the strip and beach. Splash pad and pool incase you want to avoid the jelly fish. The beds were very clean. No signs of any kind of bugs of any kind. Balcony is nice touch. Good size fridge. It was quite and plenty of parking. It is an older hotel but for the cost it was just fine. The beds are very comfortable. Have decent Wifi internet. The beach towels and chairs were a great touch. CONS: Floors were all dirty. Not the little hard to sweep sand but dirty throughout the hotel. The bathroom mirror was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the tub drain we had to remove for the drain to close for bathes. I dont mind that in my own home but it was really gross doing it at a hotel. Only 1 role of toilet paper for 4 people over multiple days. No one takes out trash, provides new towels, or cleans room between check in days. At check in we had to stand there for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to come. It was explained where our room was and not to park on beach side but apparently there were weekend yoga classes, bike rentals, and a restaurant for breakfast... we knew nothing about these things until other people we met mentioned it. They probably have a lot of activities but provide no information. You cant access the hotel from the side. There is a fence that makes you walk all the way to the back or front of the property. For cost and location its worth the stay! Just don't expect Hilton service. We would stay again.

Location Room was dirty. Floor was filthy. There wasn’t even a shower curtain on the shower. Probably wouldn’t return. Way too expensive for things to be like that.

I had a pleasant stay overall, but I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the value. The staff was wonderful, and the property has a lot of charm. However, the rooms and facilities are feeling quite dated and are in need of some refreshing to truly match the premium rates. While I appreciate the hospitality, the current price point feels a bit high for the worn condition of the furnishings. With a few renovations, this place would be fantastic, but for now, it feels slightly overpriced.
