However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night the night before I left (thankfully I only stayed for two days). The owners needs to address this, as it's putting people's health at risk. It gave me a massive headache as well, and when I would leave the room it would go away. Other minor issues including none of the outlets working except for one, and my phone charged very slowly, I actually went out to my car to charge my phone quicker. The place is very cute and a close walk to the beach but not worth the price at all.

Location was great! The beach was right around the corner, across the street from a quaint convenience store by the fountain, and near all the local restaurants.

The staff are always great! The check-in process is very smooth and fast. This was our 2nd time back. Very close to the beach and the good restaurants.

Staff was great, especially Sue! The location was great, great beach access, great access to restaurants, shops, and bars! The place was definitely not what was in the pictures, it's outdated, there appeared to be some type of mold on the ceiling and in a space inside the bathroom. Also, the shower would not drain and backed up bringing sand up. There were also long strands of hair in the made up bed. The remote control had very something very sticky on it and we could not get good a clear picture on the television. Wifi was also not that great and very slow.

Couldn’t ask for a better location, 200’ from the beach, it is far enough away from middle of town where All the noise is after 9pm. Although has no pool you have access to 3 nearby pools we used admiral inn the most. The staff is on another level when we got there the gentleman up front told me some pointers on parking and where to eat etc. we have a 4 door 3/4 ton truck normally you can’t park but he helped us out got us parking in front of our room couldn’t ask for a better place. We will use this place from here on out and honestly being almost cheapest place we could find on short notice we believe it turned out better than the $300 a night rooms. Needs a few upgrades but for the price you can’t beat it. The bed was alittle stiff, I have a bad back and need medium to soft this one was medium to hard but not a deterrent for us the place was awesome just bring a foam topper and your in heaven. I would recommend to update pictures.

Probably the worst establishment we’ve ever stayed in. The floor was sticky and wet, the room was humid and smelt musty. There was no toilet paper and when we went to get some the clerk acted as if it was an inconvenience us asking for some. There were live roaches in the room..

Room was small but comfortable for one night. Great access to walk the area and to walk to the beach. It was small and the smokers area was right by the stairs to get to our room.

Room was filthy cockroach floor was sticky. No pool no Internet no ice maker coffee cups in room no coffee maker. Very noisy. Not a maintained property. Was not worth the money

It was a little pricey for what it is. But it is close to the beach, shops, food and bars. Stayed here before and would come back.

The property was conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, everything that was needed on the island. It was a cool and comfortable room, and after spending 4 nights in Charleston in a hotel room where the air conditioner barely worked, that was definitely a welcome blessing! The only minor complaint that I have about the property is that the floor was not as clean as I would have liked. I would have preferred a bit more space because there was not as much room as in other rooms with two beds that I have stayed in previously, and the floor needed to be cleaned.

I loved everything! I went there to relax and lay on the beach....I did exactly that! I haven't had a single day off work since January until Monday June 15th and I promised myself I would do absolutely nothing except relax, bask in the sunshine and be on me time and that is exactly what I did. The Atlantis Inn and Tybee Island were the absolute perfect place to do just that! I could walk out the door to my room and walk to the beach in under 3 minutes. I feel relieved, rejuvenated, relaxed, and like a brand new woman! I treated myself to eat out one night and went to Nickie's and ate boom boom shrimp, it was AMAZING!!!! I traveled alone and felt completely safe the entire time! I will be going again very soon!!!!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The room was not great. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was a big insect in the room. The toilet paper dispenser was rusted an the shower head had no force.

It was in a very convenient area, close to the beach and restaurants.

We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are extremely run down. I am no diva and can deal with an old building as long as it is CLEAN but this one was not clean. I was not refunded the difference that I paid for the family suite vs the regular room. The location was great. The staff was super nice.

This place was trashy also I got bedbugs from this hotel . Cleanliness

Floors weren’t swept cabinets would not close and drawers were tied shut no blow dryer 2towels 1 wash cloth for 2 people for 3 night stay had to ask and go get them every night but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly location is perfect and cute inn all together just needs some updating

I loved the location. The staff were amazing and sweet. It's so close to downtown and the beach. The bed was uncomfortable. The electric plugs were not working. The fridge is freezing up.
