Our room smelled horrible. The floor was dirty. We requested it to be swept & mopped and they sent someone, but they still didn’t do great. Beds were clean enough and slept well. Will never return.

The outside of the property was fairly maintained that the room we had was alright, but I was unhappy with the bathroom. There were no safety bars to hold onto getting in and out of shower, the shower stall had a crack, and it could have been much cleaner. There was no place in the shower stall to but shampoo and soap, it had to go on the floor of the shower, no shower caddies to hold toiletries. The entire room could use an update. The Host Name (Joy) was a bit curt. I look for cleanliness and efficient rooms to stay in and this was not one of them.

The location of this hotel is everything! With it being right at the southern end of the island, it's where the restaurants, shops, peir, and pavilion are. We were able to walk to almost everything. The staff was friendly but shortstaffed so we had to wait for confirmation on our rooms availability. And the beds are very, very firm. I'd recommend a travel sleeping pad to go on top of it.

There was no breakfast at the site. The hotel was nice that people were friendly and it was clean. The photos on the website looked fancier than the actual hotel. It was given 4.5 stars when I think it could be a three star. All in all it was not a bad stay good location, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Adding a breakfast would be nice. And having a noise rule. Someone was skateboarding outside of my room at one in the morning.

Last minute stay. Was fantastic place

The property smell really bad, the lady from front desk give me a spray to be able to sleep in the room, but she told me we can change the room but is extra $320 , they need to clean the bathroom, rooms and hallways, the swimming pool was dirty. Everything is bad , I want my $700 back please , I did the complaint but they didn’t answered my request.

The location was great! Close to the beach and to the little downtown area!

The resident cat was a highlight for my partner and me. Additionally, the pool and corn hole areas were a nice way to spend our evenings! Our sink was clogging more each day, struggling to drain and filling quickly by our third day. Bed was very sandy when we first got under the covers.
