Convenience of being close to everything in walking distance. Pool was refreshing. I didn't like the older tub. They get slippery. I also didn't like there was only 1 sink in the kitchen.

Property within one block walk to the ocean and many stores and food shops on the same block as the hotel. We were given a special rate for a second night’s stay which was very helpful also. Great location for shopping, eating, and night life.

Location downtown was only good thing about stay Where to start. Property was very poorly managed and not very clean. Property needs to be renovated and parking is horrible

The convince of location to shops and the beach were great. It was in the center of shops more towards the south end The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was dust on the baseboards and something was stuck on the wall behind the toilet, and at the top of the wall. The ac did not keep it cool enough. It was cool but had a hard time keeping up. There were heat advisories during my stay though.

It was close to all the shops, beach, and pier. It had an ice machine and a pool. Our room was damaged before we came in. The door has wood falling apart, the floor had black scuffs, our shower wall still had writing from when it was placed, and the ceiling tiles were missing.

The Seabreeze was very nice hotel reasonably priced and very close to the beach and to numerous good restaurant and shop enjoyed our stay immensely the pool was excellent

The staff was absolutely exceptional. My 9yo daughter dropped her stuffed animal when we were leaving to check out. Unfortunately we did not realize her stuffed animal was missing until we got to our next destination. It was an awful night for my daughter without it. I called Sea and Breeze the following morning and they had found her toy and offered to ship it to us. They called and gave updates on shipping. They were wonderful and so understanding about the situation.

Loved the hotel very clean, staff was very polite and helpful! Will definitely stay there again!! The pool area was amazing! Loved the garage style parking! Very close to the beach, pier, shopping and food!! Our room was a 200 level room, and it had low water pressure… no big deal! Nothing to really complain about
