Nothing The advertisement was so false and nothing like the photos of the location presented on the booking site. There was bed bugs, dirty bathrooms, drug addicts around and it was supposed to be a non smoking but it was clearly a drug trap.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned. The bathtub was terrible so I couldn't take a shower,and there was a hairball on the floor. Most of the lights in the room didn't work. Half of the room was empty because there was no couch nor comfortable chairs and table. I was put on the 4th floor where the hallway wasn't air conditioned. The clock had the wrong time and couldn't be changed without a screwdriver.

The door of my room looked like it had been broken into and it was damaged. The other guests were very noisy until late at night. The breakfast selection was very poor. The attendant at the desk was very friendly and helpful however.

This property is so incredibly unkempt. The room was filthy. The parking area is partially taken over by the unhoused population. There was no manager on site to speak to and the staff could not help. All of this and the property doesn't even tell you until the day you check in that the amenities listed online are unavailable. This place should be closed down. My husband didn't even feel safe to stay so he just drove 14hrs straight with two dogs rather than risk bed bugs or stolen items from his truck. We are disputing the charge. This was an insane place to try to sell to people.

Breakfast upgrade is needed for all restaurants offer breakfast as a incentive

】In the room floor was wet From A/C the worst LA Quinta i ever stayed in hands down then i problem with TV told they supposed come and fix it never showed up... i found one of cables behind the stand unplugged ... The carpet is worn and terrible black burns in it...Overall i never stay here again, this place needs to be condem!

It was cold and not enough for everyone The 1st room we got smells adult urine in room/ carpets/dirty. It was reported. We got 2nd room where it was no better. Services are bad AC leaking reported and toilet clogged reported but nothing done to repair them. No fresh towel given even when asked. Room dirty smells mold..

Everything including staff was BAD

1. The homeless people outside always asking for money and food. 2. The bugs that was crawling all over the room. The frist night I slept in my ca. The second nnite had to sleep on a bed. When to Walmart and purchase a blanket to cover the bed 3. Smell
