The rooms are very clean! The breakfast is really nice! The staff is awesome! Comfy bed! The hotel is very nice for 2.5 star hotel! Great for a few nights!

I was very grateful to receive an upgrade to a suite for being a Hilton Honors member! The staff were friendly and attentive. The building looked AMAZING from the moment you park in the parking lot. I REALLY liked the find the giraffe. My kids were excited to join the hunt! It was a good idea to put the scavenger hunt advertisement in the elevator! Most hotels you are afraid to even walk because you can hear squeaks and noises making you think that the inhabitants of the floor below you can hear thw noise. This was definitely NOT the case in my room! The floor was solid!!! IT was so nice to not have to tell my children to walk carefully!!!! Thank you for fortifying your floors ! One of the employees that was working breakfast had the nerve to ask a CHILD if she left the lid to the egg/sausage open!!! I quickly said to her " I did it". I mean , seriously what was the point of asking that question???? Was she about to scold the child? If she had asked my one of 3 children that, I would have been insulted and angry. I Especially given, the next person in line will be getting food within seconds. Bottom line , is I am paying good money for the hotel stay and TIPPING THE HOSPITAL STAFF, this is unacceptable . The staff had no business asking ANY GUEST if they left the food tray lid open and especially A CHILD. I should have expressed my frustration with the front staff but I was too busy enjoying my stay. I just wished I was staying longer. I would have used the pool and maybe even the gym !!!! There was not much parking. I wonder what happens if and when the hotel is fully booked?

Room was nice, view was nice, breakfast was convenient. All in all it was fine but WAY too expensive. We’ve stayed in much better rooms for A LOT less. It’s too bad, the location is good for us.

The receptionist at the front desk greeted us in a very friendly professional manner. Room very neat and clean. Air conditioner was a must and made the room very comfortable temperature wise. N/A

Our experience was pleasant. Our room was clean, and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the gym, it had good equipment to get an actual workout in. Also the breakfast was a major plus, staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was fantastic. The pool was very nice and refreshing. The only problem was the hallways were very hot walking to our rooms.

Right when I arrived I was told I was the guest of the day and would get a free upgrade my picture was taken and I received a certificate that made me proud Wish I coukdve stayed llonger

Great location and amazing rooms

I liked how clean the room was and the air was already on so it wasn’t stifling in the room. I didn’t like that I was at the end of the hallway where there was a leak in the ceiling. Though it didn’t really affect me, it just didn’t look good for the price I paid for the room.

Property was sketchy there’s a guy just sitting out there smoking a cigarette on a chair, like if it was his front yard of his house. He didn’t feel comfortable getting my items out of the car because he kept staring at us while smoking his blank n mild. It wasn’t that clean, carpet was visible dirty.
