The room was ok to stay for the night
-
Switched room 3 times for working air conditioning was late to concert. Gave a free night but then experienced Luke warm hot tub filled with spit bubbles & water did not seem up to par in the pool.

Was a great time

Everything was good

The pool area for the kids was clean and attendants were very friendly. Carpeting was in poor condition. The rooms were spacious but were outdated and need serious work. Our door didn't want to stay shut, the window of the bedroom looked as if it had been broken into and wouldn't close. Had maintenance worker rig a lock on the window.

Mice in the room. Breakfast is a joke. For having a water park and a restaurant thought it would be better.
-
When we got there our room wasn't cleaned and we had to wait 3 hours
-
place could have been cleaner, but the water park make up for it.
-
Waterpark was ok, rooms were ok. Nothing special. Good stop for $80

The hotel is older and not maintained very well. One of the pools was closed and in disrepair. My poolside room had two doors, one to the hall and one to the pool, and only one of them worked. The room was VERY humid. The staff was nice, but highly unorganized. My room wasn’t ready until 4:45 even though check-in is at 4. The water features that were functional was fun.

Absolutely NASTY. Garbage in the halls. Floors are disgusting. Walls were disgusting. EVERYTHING was disgusting! Only good part about this hotel is the pool for kids but I cant imagine that is well maintained either.

The front desk staff was very welcoming at check-in. I was disappointed with the rooms, they were run down and needed repairs and weren’t the cleanest.

Our room had mold everywhere, mouse poop was on the counter and the pool is very moldy, they don’t clean the bottom of the pool so there is sand everywhere. Life jackets had mold on it, nothing was cleaned. Some staff were okay, but one lifeguard was very rude. The breakfast consisted of waffles and that’s about it. The hallways were dripping water. People threw their trash in the hallways. There was a baseball team staying there and they allowed them to play a baseball game in the back parking lot which caused a lot of congestion. The parents were mad we were trying to park by our door like we were in the wrong. Like “I’m sorry you’re playing your parking lot baseball with concrete and allowing your kids to throw a baseball next to vehicles that aren’t yours”. They also had campers that people were staying in. The people who stayed there were white trash. The kids ran up and down the hallways cussing till 1am. That place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I now know why it’s cheap.

Beds were terrible woke up back hurting It was family friendly and clean tho. WiFi didn’t work for my son’s game. but all in all it was a ok stay

The kids loved the pool, we had a pool side room and the humidity was so bad it felt like everything was wet the whole stay. The staff was super nice and helpful
-
Pros- beds were super comfortable, nice clean linens and rooms. Which were even furnished with a small kitchenette that had a single cup coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave!!!! AC in Room worked great. Cons- the shower head didn't work as well and most the water was leaking from the faucet. The outside needs cleaned up as trash was blown everywhere, however it did not effect the inside. I would definitely stay here again!!!!! My kids really enjoyed the Waterpark as well and everything was In working order.

I will start by saying the staff was incredibly kind and helpful so 5 stars to them! But, the property was awful. The 1st room we were placed in was COVERED in mold, the bed, couch and air conditioner all had mold all over them. The room smelled awful, I assume due to mold. The elevator also smelled very badly. I am sure its hard to keep moisture out as it has a water park inside the hotel. I took pictures of the mold and the staff promptly got us into another room. That room was better but there was still a small amount of mold on the AC unit. Overall, the hotel and water park were not in great shape. I would not go back. The staff was kind and prompt.

Its just rough now... hadn't been there in 10 years... Not as nice as it once was. The little water park is great, but if the hotel is not clean and you can't wash towels and keep them stocked in the pool area there is now way that water is disgusting.
