This would have been a wonderful stay if the place was cleaner, and the pool says no life guards but yet the kiddos pool was closed because there were no lifeguards. Enough parents with their little could have over seen them while they swing. Our time swimming was cut short due to the two year old not being able to swim.

I love this place. Thanks
-
My room had bedbugs and my refund hasnt came yet

Everything was filthy, poorly kept, and the place smells terrible. Breakfast is a joke. Pool was disgusting we didnt even swim in it. One of the worst places we have stayed
-
The friend desk lady was amazing she was super helpful kind and even funny and really made the place what it was as far as the hotel goes.

Never stay there again place is a dump

The building needs work but you can tell they are trying. Every staff member was helpful, polite and accommodating. With continued updating, this could be a gem for families. Maybe don’t spring for poolside views, our room felt wet. Kids had a great time in the pool though.

Breakfast area was dirty with spilled milk all over. Great value yogurt and cereal was the only option since waffle machine was broken. Oh wait, there was some apples.

Location. Staff.

However, I encountered several issues during my stay. The television was non-functional, and the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, as it was only equipped with a half-door. These shortcomings significantly diminished my overall experience.

The swimming pools and Arcade That no kids can be in the hot tub
-
Hard beds and not clean trash everywhere might as well not even had breakfast not hardly any options

I thought the property was disgusting. Stained carpet. Left over food by the pool left out all night. While eating in the restaurant a mouse ran by us into the kitchen. The floor in the shower in my room was so slick I had to put a towel down so i didnt fall. We were told by the manager of the restaurant that the entire hotel had a bad rodent problem. I cant believe Ramada has anything to.do with the place.

There was a dead bug at the entrance ro the restaurant. The front desk clerk looked and acted very professional. The management ;however did not look at all professional
-
The water park was great when the pools were open but half of them were closed They need some updates, and unfortunately, they don’t have any rooms ready for check-in, which is at 4 p.m. anyway, making it an inconvenience.

From the moment we stepped foot in the building you could feel a level of moisture in the atmosphere. I'm not sure if the water park was an after thought but everything just felt not dry. The main area had huge fans running nonstop to circulate the humidity and every metal surface had a hint of rust on it. Both in the hallways and in the room. There was absolutely no ventilation fans in our room/bathroom so there was nowhere for the moisture to go after taking showers. Speaking of, the pocket door did not fully close which meant you really did not get any privacy when using it. The shower while it looked nice, was poorly done and sprayed water all over the floor. So much so, we had to use two towels to sop it all up. There was no landline phone in the room to call the front desk, which was odd. Breakfast was bare bones and both days they were out of fork and the staff just shrugged it off when multiple guests asked for forks to eat their waffles. Overall it just seemed like a place that over time up-keep has gotten harder and harder for the owners to maintain. Lots of things with "Out Of Order" signs and Landlord special paint jobs to cover poorly done repairs. Don't let the Expedia reviews fool you. This is a 2 Star hotel at best
