Everything was amazing and clean

A little bit bait and switch on some of the amenities though which is an issue with ownership/management. Hilton website and booking website state free parking and free wifi. When you arrive they tell you that it is $15 a day to park. Wifi is $4.95 a day unless you sign up for a rewards program. And is low speed if you do sign up instead of pay daily. Websites and QR codes in room leading to location specific webpage also all state in room dining, they do not have in room dining. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. The hotel was out of regular coffee, bacon, and sausage the day we tried to dine. We ate from the gas station, the sandwich shop, and coffee shop across the parking lot the entire time we stayed. Facility could use upgrades as well, laundry and one of the ice machines were not operational when we stayed there. No vending available though there is a small selection of beverages in a cooler in the lobby by the front desk. Rooms were cleaner and more updated than expected from the look of the rest of the property. Unfortunately the microwave was old and didn't work very well.

First room smelled like pet urine. The lady at front desk was wonderful. She quickly moved our room. The second room was clean but the tub dripped non stop and the phone cord was broken. Phone was fixed right away. Most front desk employees were great.

greeted me and took me through a smooth check in. The lobby was well kept and clean. $15 parking applies. We were able to Lyft to the park for less than $10 bucks per ride avoiding the parking fees at the park. They had a restaurant and small store available to purchase drinks and snacks. They had a limited options though. Luckily there were stores and fast food options close by. Just a 3 min walk next door. Our room was clean and spacious with high ceilings. The ac worked great as it was 100 degrees for the 2 days we were there. We took to the pool which was a great amenity to combat the heat. I used the gym as well-small but definitely had what I needed- dumbbells, treadmill and spin bike. Overall this was a great stay and recommended if you’re going to the Park!

Huge rooms.

I Paid for four nights and I was switched to about seven rooms because the rooms had a bad smell (mildew). I got one room where the smell was not so bad, but in the morning I had a bad headache and the same for the next day. I finally got another room and the staff sprayed something to cut some of the smell.

The outside courtyard was dirty and needed to be swept. Other than that everything was fine

The bed was very comfortable. The property though is tired and need of an update

It was a place to stay for my kids and I. Carpets were old and dirty. The pool wasn’t cleaned. Otherwise it was okay.

I really liked the location being so close to Magic Mountain. I was disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't very, so I had to clean it myself.

Landscaping needs major attention can’t sit around pool after 10 pm

The staff are very sweet and kind and helpful and welcoming! The hotel is clean! The pool is nice! The jacuzzi is really hot which is amazing! I loved that very much! The hotel was a 15min walk to six flags which was nice! There is a gas station and McDonald's next door and car wash! We enjoyed our time there! Beds are comfortable and very good to sleep on! Water pressure is great! Thank you!

Ants in bathroom. Stayed 3 nights, house keeping never came. Had to be for towels
