Hilton Garden Inn Valencia Six Flags

Room was clean and great. Staff was awesome especially Danielle, she made my kids and I feel really welcomed and answered all my questions and needs.

A bit worn down and in need of updating. We were nervous about the safety of the parking lot but our car with tule rack was fine. Great front desk gals and very good breakfast with more options than usual at hotel buffets. All in all, good stay.

When we got there to check in the staff was preoccupied with another guest and never acknowledged me. The room was ok but could use some updating. The room was booked for 4 people and yet only had 2 towels. The hotels location was convenient but the hotel could use some updating and seemed a little run down.

Such a cozy place will definitely be coming back.

Check in was fast and easy. We initially had a room upstairs but with small kids, they immediately moved us downstairs right near the door. Great service.

The room was clean and orderly. The soap was very small and disintegrated during the second shower. The shower water was tough to regulate. It was ice cold or scalding until you found the sweet spot on the valve.

Clean room, very nice reception desk service, and easy access gym & parking.

Staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that the pool closes at 10pm. After a long day at six flags, relaxing in the pool area was perfect. Main drawback was that when I booked it, I thought I read there was a restaurant and bar onsite and it was closed when we were there. Had to go off the property when we had planned to just have some drinks and dinner at the restaurant there. But it was a great stay

All I can say was the staff and the facility was very nice and clean I really enjoyed the bed it was soft and the pillows were nice well worth the money I am looking forward to going back I visit magic mountain and it's a long drive especially after being at the park all day so I will be getting a room there again

Staff was not that good also didn't receive a receipt for me and my daughter also parking had to pay for never staying here again

The hotel do not have any towels available that evening or in the morning. The staff was very kind but again this is not a five star hotel. I realize that, but it has Hilton‘s name on it. The owner of the hotel is using the Hilton flag, and in my opinion if I were the Hilton family, I would be completely disappointed as to just the age and condition and failure to have enough staff to provide towels again the staff was very good, but I can see they have challenges in terms of their owner, providing them with the needed tools to properly administrate and deliver basic services to the hotel room, such as towels. I had stayed in the best western across the way the prior week and decided not to book with them because I assumed Hilton would have a higher standard unfortunately that was not the case and I will never stay at this hotel ever again nor would I recommend a Hilton Garden Inn

Clean room, be aware additional parking fee

I loved it when I needed more time to check out that they were so understanding because me and my family was preparing to go to a wedding and needed to get dressed. They fed us a great breakfast in the morning and had an amazing staff. Highly recommended, thank you.

I'm sorry to say, I will never stay in a Hilton again. Corporate has forgotten what hospitality is. To much family drama maybe.

It was great!

The room was spotless, very comfortable, and easy to access, making check-in and getting settled a breeze. It was also a perfect spot for catching Ubers, with drivers arriving quickly every time we needed a ride. The heated pool and jacuzzi were the cherry on top. After spending all day walking around Six Flags, relaxing in the hot tub was exactly what we needed. It honestly made this one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and they even let us enjoy the pool for a little while past the posted closing time, which was such a kind gesture and made our trip even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Six Flags or the area. Between the unbeatable location, clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities, and outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The beds were so comfortable!

Our room was super clean! The beds were nicely made but most importantly clean!!! The bathroom was clean as well! I lobe that we had the option to open the window. It was only maybe 6 inches but at least we had a natural air flow and no need to turn on the ac. Family friendly as well!
