    Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice layout. Gym was great. Hotel had a lot of kids in it, playing with the elevator so we couldn't use it, running around. To be expected, right next to Magic Mountain. Most of the kids were fine. Was expensive, but maybe because of the location and timing (Sat night).

    Clean rooms and very spacious for me and my gf. Updated as well. The mens restroom in the lobby had sticky floors. Kinda gross.

    During breakfast, my children were eating peeled eggs from the buffet and left part of them unfinished. When we tried them ourselves, we immediately noticed a sour smell and taste. The eggs were clearly spoiled. Naturally, I became concerned not only for my children’s health, but also for the safety of other guests. I reported the issue to one of the food service employees, who told me the eggs were from the previous day. I then asked to speak with the manager. Shannon was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking the concern seriously, he insisted that “eggs just smell like eggs,” despite the obvious sour odor. What made the situation even more concerning was that immediately afterward, he instructed the staff to remove all the eggs from the buffet. He also attempted to throw away the remaining eggs from our table, but I kept a sample in case my children become ill and evidence is needed further more. Rather than addressing the food safety concern professionally, he tried to force me to leave the dining area. His behavior gave the impression that he was hiding the issue. I genuinely felt sorry for the young employees working there. They appear to dislike him, and very uncomfortable controlled by a rogue. I will report the incident to the local authorities, and also I ask the Headquarter to remove the deceived bad guy Shannon from the position. Also in our religion , we believe God would punish him , he also would bring bad luck for his family too… The hotel itself was good, and most of the staff were polite, helpful, and professional.     Dead roach was in my room upon check in they moved me to a different room very dirty you can tell the house keeper did a terrible cleaning job toilet didn't work worse two days of my life smh 😫

    Hotel room was really nicely appointed with a kitchen and sitting area. It had a nice homey feeling. As with many hotels and hat serve breakfast, wish it was offered longer- closes at 9am during the week which may work for working guests but a bit early for vacationing guests.
