Residence Inn by Marriott Valencia

Clean room, good breakfast, kitchen suite is convenient. The only down side was the sofa bed really uncomfortable but we called the front desk and they gave us additional comforters to add. Pool was nice and we had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is amazing. They have breakfast in the mornings which helps with 3 under 7yrs old

Always fast and easy check in and the rooms are impeccable will definitely be coming back here

I had a great stay. The maintenace team was very polite and accomodating. My room had been scheduled for a window replacement that I was not aware of. The maintenance gentleman I spoke with was very accomodating and worked with me on scheduling it for a time that was convenient for me that day. Luckily, we were heading to Magic Mountain that day so they were able to enter when I was home. The woman that checked me in was also very accomodating and didn't make me walk all the way be to my car at 11 pm to place the parking tag. The kitchen staff was top notch and refilled all breakfast items in a timely manner and was very polite and accomodating. I can tell the staff works really hard to represent their establishment. Breakfast was also decent. Their Iced coffee was sooo good. Parking can be tricky late at night. I didn't really get to enjoy the amenities, but I can be pretty sure that it is well maintained by the way the hotel is run by the staff. I loved my room and high ceilings. IF I had to say something, it would only be "Why is this microwave and cabinets so high??" Luckily staff obviously knew that as there was was a step stool readily available in the room and the dishes were placed on the counter instead of the cabinets lol. Thank you for a great stay!

I have stood in a lot of hotels in my life from 2 stars to 5 stars and this hotel was wonderful. The price, the quality, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the amenities, and the staff were great. My family and I will definitely be back when we are in town.

Location was nice We had a ADA room and it was so far away from the elevator my MIL who used a walker had to take so many breaks just to get to the room

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their outstanding customer service really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, making it a great way to start the day. Parking was plentiful and conveniently available for a reasonable fee, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value with clean accommodations, great amenities, outstanding service, and a wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Clean well appointed rooms

We checked in late after 10:00 PM staying one night heading on a cruise ship the following day. The girl that checked us in did not guide us as to where to park and or where our room was. There were no maps to locate either of these areas either. When we got to the room, none of the lights worked except for the one in the bedroom and bathroom which was fine cause we were only staying a few hours. Got up in the morning to have the free breakfast and the facilities weren’t open yet. Anyway mainly the Staff when we got there we’re not helpful at all.

Not enough people at the front desk and no one at the bar for food service

Room was very clean and staff was amazing. The lobby restrooms were out of order our stay. Also rooms that allow pets need a regular carpet cleaning as we smelled urine in our room. Otherwise, everything was great.

Shower a lot hairs like they didn't clean that Shower

Nice place for an overnight stop and a decent breakfast.. rooms are a nice size and bed was comfortable..
