The Pool area is currently under renovation, and this is not mentioned on the website. It would be nice to know what is happening on property site.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, it was quiet. No complaints! I’d stay here again and I’d recommend to others as well!

The staff was great, the property was nice and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to construction. We would definitely stay again.

Toilet, sink and bath towels. Refrigerator was not cooling. Carpet smells bad. Pool was out of service.

Close proximity to dining, shoping and Magic Mountain. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful. I would recommend this location to others.

The hotel was in a great location and very convenient for visiting Magic Mountain. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the breakfast area, which was quite crowded and messy due to the heavy foot traffic. There was also limited variety in the breakfast selection, especially when it came to regular drink options. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again because of the location and clean accommodations.

This hotel location is good but the AC system is horrible, they have been using old AC, when the ac filter system is not good, you will get bad smell, for sure you will get pulmonary issues by using AC. I have raised complaint and the staff came and checked, they agreed that the the AC air conditioner is with bad smell, and agreed to arrange a table fan, but we waited for 2 hrs, and inquired by that time the staff told us they is no table fan in stock.

Advertised with a hot spa, but they are already remodeling the pool and replacing the hot spa with a pergola! We reserved the room on the same day and found it was misleading. We were too tired to find another place to enjoy what we'd spent on.

welcoming lobby, clean facilities, plenty of options for breakfast, modern/updated rooms, pleasant staff, had available coffee bar, lemon ice water in the lobby, ample dining area, good value- would stay again would have liked later breakfast time. currently serve 6-9am. checkout is at 11- after a long drive would have preferred to sleep in and not be rushed. was looking forward to using pool and spa but it was covered and not in use.
