The pool

Fo free parking. They charge and blamed Expedia so parking was extra. The carpets were stained and looked very gross. The water went out for many many hours so we had to go to restaurants or other hotels just to go to the bathroom. We sat for all that time covered in sweat and dirt because their plumber shut off the water to the whole hotel and they weren’t going to fix it until the next day. I think around midnight or 1 am we were able to finally take a shower. Not a single comp of anything. Not a sorry or show of remorse. Just the plumber told us it was working. Horrible experience for over a 1000 bucks. Their roll away bed was horrible As well. Very gross

I was appreciative to the front desk person, they let me check in early and actually choose what floor I wanted to be on. Room was amazing and bed was perfect.

Clean, and close to magic mountain. Bed were comfy, and dining areas are close. I loved everything, it was comforting after a long day at the amusement park.

The hotel is always clean. Coffee at the ready 24/7. The breakfast has a large selection to choose from and it taste good. Rooms are always clean. Never have to ask for anything.

We had such an amazing stay here. We were passing through on a motorcycle trip. Raina let us keep the bike parked right up front. We could see it from our window. Breakfast options were amazing, way more options than other hotels we have stayed at. Very clean. Walkable options to eat. Loved the shower!
