Hyatt Regency Valencia

Great place, Great people!

Aside from that issue, the hotel has parking, it is in a nice area & had a restaurant on site & several within walking distance. (Mexican food restaurant across street was awesome!) Bellhop was helpful and professional. We didn't eat dinner at the onsite restaurant. The original room we were in had a large, private balcony and an upgraded bathroom. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & fresh & the waitress was super sweet. Bed was comfortable & rooms had a small fridge & smart TV. Other relatives stayed in a different room that same night and liked their room and found it very comfortable.

Didn't realize there was a coffee maker in the room (hidden in a closet) until we were packing to leave. Otherwise t was fine. The staff is friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and Starbucks.

Everything was good except the food in the restaurant, it was gross and overpriced. There are plenty of good places to eat close by though.

The pool area is mid for the expectation of a Hyatt Regency. A bit messy and no monitoring or clean up of dirty towels and food items. Also first night a bunch of kids were diving in shallow water and being a nuisance where adults couldnt enjoy. Parents were on phone. Second day a bunch of teens were swimming in their clothes and not making space for adults and other small children with parents. Needs some watching over.

Having to pay almost $20 to park and not having luggage carts to use when needed is pretty lame and frustrating. Place was clean and quiet though!

The pool/hot tub area has a lot of ants everywhere.

It is immaculate all the time. The rooms are spacious. They have a safety feature where you have to use your key card to get the elevator to take you to your floor, which I really liked. Try the Farmer's Omelet from the restaurant; you will not be disappointed. The staff in the restaurant were gracious. We had the same server both times we came, and she took great care of us. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It is beautiful, easy to get to, and close to everything in Santa Clarita. We will absolutely stay there on future trips to viist our grandbabies in CA!

Great place to stay north of LA.

The property was great. Our only issues were that the shower would leak all night (even after tightly turning the faucet off) and the AC only had a “fan” option, not a “cool” option. So, the room felt pretty warm even when the temperature was set to 65 degrees. That was tough, especially visiting in July. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved our room with the terrace. It was perfect. It was a little bit dirty and could have used a good sweeping but it was worth it. Couldnt have had a better location! Also front desk and housekeeping were amazing!!! We’ll be back and hopefully get the same room!!!

The gal that checked us in was not to friendly… felt she should have told us about the amenities and where everything was.. the Asian gal in the bar was awesome… the food in the bar area wasn’t good, calamari burnt and fish and chips so so.. our breakfast was very good and great service from Daniel…. The hotel was nice though and we will stay again..

Payment for only covered 1 person on-line. The additional amount of 31.00 for breakfast for 1 person is ridiculous

It needs to be renovated asap! was so dirty when i checked in and i understand sometimes
