Everything is like new. The lady behind the desk was alone. She was checking people in, doing housekeeping and taking care of the breakfast area., all while still smiling and being polite. Get her some help and give her a raise!

Was ok but everything was too old rusty

Location Did not honor what was stated on booking.com. No coffee pot in room. At check in informed us no breakfast as she was the only staff on duty. Would need to come to office at 7 am to get coffee. ☹️Barking dog in room next to us when checked in. Could see daylight through crack in door.

There are no coffee makers in the rooms, or in the lobby except for breakfast. Breakfast was cold, with expired prepackaged food, and prethawed waffles for the toaster. Really disappointed with the options there, we went elsewhere.

Location Did not stay due to entire city of Van Horn, Tx being out of water for over 5 hours. The manager, Gary, handled everything professionally and with great care and understanding.

Property owner is very friendly and rooms were very clean There's nothing that I didn't like about it. It was just a little bit dated, but that's OK.
-
No breakfast. No coffee pot. No amenities. None. Flat pillows and uncomfortable mattresses

Room was very hot took hrs to cool down

We stay there because it accepts animals and is convenient. The room was very clean. The bed is not what my bad back can sleep on but managed a few hours. The blanket on the bed could be newer. It was coming apart and very holy. Other than that, it's a good place to stay for overnight and if you have an animal. Staff is very nice.

Just okay.

Very nice. Easy access to room. Only problem was the floor was dusty.

Room really had a strong odor of bug spray and there a few dead bugs around. Could use some repairs. I had a late check-in and, although I had confirmed having a pet, they had no record of it and I almost didn't get a room. The front desk lady did finally let me stay the night.

When I went online to book this hotel, the pictures of the room are not what it looks like now. I book a double queens for the night after my family and I were on the road for 8 hours. Not only did the reservation not show up on their computer, it took me an extra 30 mins to check for a room that was paid for. The so called NEW updated rooms look worse and the beds are full, not queen. Beds in no way were new as my wife and I know when a new bed feels like. This to me is not exceptable as I feel I was lied to, not only that my room was right by the ice machine, hearing it constantly going all night and dumping the ice in the machine. The staff was great and I feel they didn't get a fair shot with the pictures not being accurate and truthful.

I am handicap and on oxygen 24/7 and the room given to us was on the upper floor and we had to climb stairs . I requested a change in rooms. she wouldn't do it. said the were booked but there was a grand total of three vehicles in the parking lot all night. will never stay here again!!!!!

Our door was right across from the garbage can. The pool said it was open on Expedia. But they said it had not been open for three years. The staff was rude and made us feel unwelcome. On Expedia it said kids stay free as long as we don’t ask for extra bedding. But on the door on a piece of paper it said kids of any age are considered an adult. The shower head looked as if it was going to fall off.

Booked this because it was pet friendly and had a seasonal pool. We stayed during the first week of June. Missed the small print that it was 25 bucks per pet and the pool was empty. Seasonal? June seems like the pool season. Breakfast was pretty weak. Next time I'll stay at the Red Roof. No pool, but cheaper and free pets plus a good breakfast.

Our stay was okay. It was one night and we felt good about it. The bed was wonderful.
