The faucet in the bathroom was loose. The over all room was good. It was a noisy room could hear doors banging up into the night and road noise

The hotel was delightful! The staff was lovely, breakfast was perfect with eggs, bagels, cereal. Everything was spotless, great AC!

Everything about the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The only thing wrong was the room we had was on the side by the freeway and so we heard the road noise from I 10. It seems that the rooms with a single bed are on the freeway side and the rooms with 2 beds are on the other side and would be quieter.

Great place. Definitely need to be on there WiFi and watch out for your phone randomly moving an hour ahead or back.

Oh for others guests the ice machines are in the 1st floor with many buckets for you to use. When I checked out Kellie was great. Also helpful in checking that I had an account with IHG. I do want to mention that one of the hand towles our had stains when we arrived. We didn't mention anything since there were other towels. I would just make sure the staff looks at that before leaving for another guest. Overall we will stay at Avid Hotels whenever we come thru Van Horn.

The A/C was extremely cold at 60 F, We didn't have enough blanket to cover up. Late check out, specially if we arrived at 4:00 AM

The light in the bathroom is on a sensor and came on as soon as someone came near, making it hard to use the restroom in the middle of the night without waking up my husband. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. The walls are like paper and neighbors had TV on high very late. Worst night of sleep on my whole trip

No frills, but clean and quiet. Still has the new feel and look. Nice breakfast selections and I believe a happy hour in the evening. It's become our stop over between Arizona and Texas drives.

There was no in room coffee- which normally is OK if the lobby coffee machine works-but unfortunately both were out, as was the juice dispenser and the ice machine was barely functioning- I was told because "there's no water pressure". The shower, sink and toilet worked fine. Also- no glass or cup anywhere in the room for brushing teeth, drinking water, ETC.
