That we were never contacted to say our booking had been canceled

Paid for room in advance. When we arrived they said all rooms were booked to a group. They sent us to another hotel. Would not refund my payment. What can be done about this. Booking.com needs to look into this and get my money back.

Room was adequate for the price, dogs up to 80 lbs are free.

Red Roof Inn is within easy walking distance from the grocery store and the Tesla chargers in town. They serve a lovely hot breakfast. The facility was clean and the staff were very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.

The room was old. The toilet was child sized. There were some sort of handles on it, and I assumed they were to help me to get on and off, but they broke. The room had vinyl floors and a roller desk chair. While sitting, I bent down to pick something off the floor, and the chair tipped forward, falling on top of me while I fell to the floor. The next day, before leaving, the arm of the same chair fell off. There was more, but I will leave with this. Do not stay in this motel!!

Bed not that comfortable

The breakfast was amazing a whole lot more than I expected. The staff was very very helpful. Lotta good restaurants nearby especially the Broadway Café oh my God best salsa in my life.

This as our second stay in 5 days. Both of them the tv did not work. This stay the door dividing the room from our neighbors had a 3” gap at the bottom. We could hear everything especially their barking dog. Since our phone didn’t work we couldn’t call n a complaint.

However, the woman at the front desk was great! Friendly, efficient, helpful. Promptly supplied sufficient bath towels when requested, and even helped with suggestions on where to shop for some late night foodstuff in the town. 5 stars for her.

The check in was easy, the room was big and clean and it was quiet. Perfect for nights rest after being on the road all day

We checked in and Twyla was so personable. The hotel that we were at before was inhabitable for the night. We asked her if we could see the room before we checked in and she was completely agreeable to that. It was perfect for for the night and for the price. Everything was spot on…

The bed was comfortable & the coffee was excellent.

The room was nice, BUT the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on concrete. The hallway was noisy with people talking late at night and knocking on doors at 1:00 a.m. The eggs at breakfast were so bland: I wonder if they were reconstituted.

Great location @ a good price.

Very nice one night stop on road trip. Went there 2 other times and wrote good idea to come back. Indeed we had a nice surprise to see that it is still a nice place. Has good lobby sitting area and nice hot breakfast. Would come back for sure

Good value for the price Bathtub drain didn’t close so couldn’t take a bath.
