Upon arrival staff informed me we would be on the 3rd floor because elevator was not working. When asked if there would be any assistance to get luggage upstairs he said I didn't book through them so I would have to contact Expedia. every answer was contact Expedia. He was extremely rude, non sympathetic. Even other hotel guest noticed how extremely rude he was .Did not apologize or offer other solution. Not even a free bottle of water for my troubles. I complained to Expedia who reached out to hotel manager and a week later not even an apology for what happened. Weary travelers find somewhere else to stay. This hotel does not care about anything except filling the room. I wanted to check out the town but after that terrible experience I just wanted to get out of there. On my way back I totally avoided having to stay there. Not worth the money I paid.

Convenient location and free parking Elevator was broken so I had to stay in a smaller room than I had booked

The lobby is nice. The elevator did not work. Overflowing trash outside. Room was halfway cleaned. Hotel body wash needs to be changed out. They all have a bad smell like it was tempered with. Base boards are extremely dirty. TV remote for the room does not even work. Its the wrong model. Instead of fixing the desk storage by exchanging it someone put tape to try to keep it closed.
