The staff is.great and room was.clean. Elevator is extremely slow and carpet in all the hallways needs to be cleaned or replaced

Room upgrade was great! So was the pool!

The water pressure was great and the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were awesome. Most hotels give you dunk bottles that probably only good for 1 use

Very clean property with pool and decent breakfast. The excellent management staff was friendly and helpful.

Raised step to front door, no apron for wheelchair. Inside fire doors block elevator when open. Room had obvious flood and hasty poor repair and paint. Bathroom configuration weird. No place to hang towels. Beds clean but squishy. Tv, fridge good. Breakfast ok, coffee or creamer poor. Staff ok. Parking good.

I was told to get a room without carpet but was given with carpet

The property is cleaned. No problem. The only problem we encountered was the TV in the room did not work. I used the phone in the room to call the front desk. However was no dial tone to call out. So I had to walk downstairs to the front desk no one was there. I found her at another location so I flagged her down. She came up and fixed TV. The staff said she can’t the phone, she will refer to the maintenance. But have not heard back.

We enjoyed very comfortable breads and friendliness of our little evening host. Good cookies and ice water always ready. Good price!

Room was fine. Front desk staff less than enthused. Food was good. This hotel worked just fine for our needs.

Good location in downtown Vancouver

The location is perfect, very close to main street Vancouver which right now is under construction. Short distance to waterfront area where there are new restaurants and very nice scenery. We checked in that night with the not so friendly front desk hotel staff. The others who are working the next night are nicer. The hotel cleaners are more welcoming than the front desk staff. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. FYI bring your own body wash. The breakfast is descent and the parking is ok but keep in mind if you come in late, the parking lot might get full. You get what you paid for, but if your just there for sleeping, its worth it just don’t mind the frond desk Lady who’s not that friendly.
