Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! I will never stay here again

Room was clean and very basic. No hairdryers. Coffee was supposed to be provided in the room, but only had an empty package in mine. Not the greatest neighborhood either. But it's clean and okay for the price.

It was about average for a motel...
-
Great experience, great staff! Thank you.
-
It was a pretty standard motel room, it was comfortable and easy to rest in.
-
Very good value for the money. Excellent location.

The location in the downtown area was good. The room was clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. With all the signs warning about leaving personal possessions in vehicles and locking all the locks and chain when inside your room, it felt a bit dodgy for a solo female traveler. I didn’t experience any problems but did jump at sounds initially.

Fine, mostly clean. Cheap- you get what you pay for.

Although I’m a perfect location the rooms were rather drab and threadbare. Our sheets had a cigarette burn on one side. Staff were lovely.

I liked the location, right down the street from my appointment and next to a bunch of good eats. The sheets had a small blood stain on it so I slept over all the covers. And the toilet kept running for so long after every flush.

Good value for money. Excellent location close to waterfront.

The room was ok, but no soap dish in the stall shower made it awkward to bathe. A nearby window ledge seemed the only option. The ice machine produced almost melting watery ice. The motel policy of requiring a cash deposit, or a $200. charge to your credit card is very difficult for travellers- it takes a week to be credited back so you'd better have lots of room on your card for a week of deposits before they credit back. Lobby smelled heavily of ethnic cooking taking place in the rear. Would look elsewhere in the future...

The room was filthy: walls covered in sticky substances; holes in bedding from cigarette burns; gross film in sink; floor so dirty it turned out socks black within minutes; hair (that very clearly did not belong to any of us) covered the room. Nonstop issues with AC not running and bath tub not draining. Asked for help, or items to clean up, and it never came. Management was unbelievably rude and did not communicate with staff on site. The only upside, if you can call it that, was that we had a pair of headphones go missing, and within 20 minutes of inquiring with the hotel staff, they were returned to us after security footage was viewed. We were stuck here due to a family emergency, but would not stay here again, given the choice. We switched hotels as soon as we were able.

It was closed to freeway The room it was really durty dusty nd a lot of hairs in the bathroom floor nd all the furniture was really dusty.

This was OK. You get what you pay for, and it worked for an overnight place in the area. Easy to get to. Nearby Riverfront Park is great.
