Love the location of this hotel, restaurant, rooms, and staff!

Great location to Saturday market and within walking distance of great food and nightlife A houseless person came into the lobby wearing soiled clothes and a sleeping bag dragging it behind her stinking up the entire lobby. Security is needed so they don't ever make it thru the doors. The whole lobby had to be disinfected and it took a long time to air out

Parking was expensive. Not use to paying for parking. The staff was wonderful very helpful. Didn't know there was wifi available until checkout. Would have like to have known.

Our primary issue with the room was the air conditioner worked too well. We froze. Had to turn it totally off to survive. The bed was very cozy. We slept quite well. I enjoyed the desk area for my work. Plenty of space for my laptop. Great view.

The staff was awesome, beds so comfortable and our coffee coupon was a nice added surprise. Have to say we loved our morning coffee, the barista was so helpful, friendly and kind. We will be back

We liked the convenience of being in walking distance to the Esther Short Park where the Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival takes place, the close proximity to the Columbia River where there are many restaurants, and very close to the Farmer's Market. We love the restaurant and bar on the first floor. We liked the convenience of coffee and snacks for purchase in the lobby, valet assistance, and ease of garage parking. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for refreshing our towels and tidying up our room. Beds were comfy. We felt very safe in this hotel. The price of parking adds quite a bit to the nightly rate. The bathrooms need a fan for odors and steam from the shower.

Very convenient location for attending the Wine & Jazz Festival. Parking is convenient and secure, but fairly expensive at $37/day. We had requested a room with an easy access shower. Other than having gobs of grab bars everywhere it wasn’t especially easy to access (still had to climb over the edge of a standard height tub). Might consider retrofitting the bathrooms for these rooms with a low or zero clearance walk in shower. Also the desk lamp bulb was burned out, and the caulking in the bathroom needed to be redone.
