Heater wasn’t working, someone had to come fix it.

The staff were great and the room was clean and modern. However the food was mediocre and the room did not have creamer or sweetener for the coffee. Also did not like liquid soap only option in the shower. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The noisy from the Interstate Highway Breakfast: long wait to be served and expensive, for two coffees and two omelets !!

Decent view, would have liked a better view of the river. If the beds were on the other wall would have gotten a better view. The balcony had bird poop on it. The property is under lots of construction and very hard to get around. Our room could have been a bit cleaner.

LOCATION THE ROOM WAS COLD AND FREEZING AFTER 1.5 HOURS STILL FREEZING, THE BED HAD LOTS OF HAIR IN THE SHEETS AND THE CHAIR WAS SIMPLY FILTHY AND LOUD GROUP OF PEOLPE IN THE HALL WAY UNTIL 2:00 AM. I WAS THERE FOR MY M0THERS 80TH BIRTHDAY AND DID NOT GET MY REQUEST OF ROOM EITHER. VERY HIGH PRICED ! WE GOT MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM ON SAME LEVEL AND LOST SOME OF MY JELERY IN THE MOVE.

Elevator Location could be better

Old hotel and not too well maintained from the outside. The inside is clean and quite. Love the free parking and the security that always patrolled outside.

The stay was good, just no breakfast included and the pool was not heated when it said it was.

They did not have a breakfast with the room.

Every time we go there the staff is always helpful.. looks like they're remodeling and upgrading the property. The pool is always nice too.

Stayed there 5 nites. Facilities are older but in good shape, room was spacious and bed was great. Staff was wonderful. A bit noisy due to proximity to PDX. But not bad.

Loved the views, got a corner room right against the riverfront. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The elevators were down our whole stay and the room, despite me and my partners best efforts, smelled like some kind of food since the moment we walked in; whether from the last stay or otherwise.

The staff were all very friendly and super nice! The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast which was included was fantastic-definitely 5 stars. We also enjoyed the bar for a pizza (very good!), drinks and dessert. We also had dinner one night - the blackened salmon was delicious!
