This was a very good...

All staff were very friendly and attentive.

Room was quiet, however it overlooked the roof of another part of the building which had AC units, fans, vents, etc on it so was loud if we opened the window and unpleasant to look at. The breakfast was OK--the pancake machine was out of order, but they had eggs and sausage. There was plenty of space to sit inside, but no options to eat outside. The whole place was mid with nothing too terrible but also not good enough that I'd choose to stay here again for the price. Room had a terrible view, breakfast was just OK but not great, no place to eat the breakfast outside so for anyone COVID cautious or immune compromised it may not be a good option.

The Hotel was inviting, the staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival, friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and had a lot of options. I will definitely be staying there again we travel to Portland a lot.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great large space with couch and large bathroom. Vanity sink outside the bathroom as well as one inside the bathroom. That was great for 2 people dressing at the same time. Location convenient just off I5. Breakfast was fabulous. The best continental breakfast!!!!! It was delicious The temperature in the room on arrival was 71 but it had a much higher than that feeling. Toasty! Took awhile to get the temperature in the room down to a comfortable level. It was hot outside on this particular day.

The room is clean & updated, checking in the lady was very helpful and quick, her replacement Dilwa was not very knowledgeable of their amenities and customer service. Towels are very small ask house keepers extra towels not front desk where Dilwa will misguide you.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and we went for my son 6th birthday and they treated him so well they said happy birthday to him and just let him be him. Everyone was so wonderful. My husband said we should get this hotel for now on. And agree with him. Best vacation in a long time.

We loved the pool and that breakfast was included, plus access to coffee at all times!! Nothing.
