Clean, comfortable rooms, comfortable mattress, helpful staff at a reasonable price. Be aware that I5 is the access road and that, at rush hour, it slows down but at other times, it gives you fast access to all parts of Portland.

Updated rooms, differentiated breakfast, not far from downtown by car, worth the buck

The breakfast was minimal but at least they had a fresh fruit. We were unable to get the AC/heat working properly so it was colder than we would have liked and found no additional blankets. It was convenient to the PDX.

Clean room. Oddest design in the bathroom/shower. It's quite inconvenient if you plan to stay for a few days. If you don't mind placing your things on top of a toilet cover (gross!) then this will work for you. Clearly the layout was not designed for women. Room had no closet, just hangers on a pipe. However, I slept well...

Room was pretty clean except that we had to move the couch so that there was a block for the youngest and there was food scraps along with a little garbage underneath. I know that normally one wouldn't move the couch but still a little disappointed. Also at breakfast they didn't have syrup for the waffles so big disappointment for the littles. Other than that it was a great stay.

The property is well maintained, rooms are nice and comfortable. Having a hand held shower is always a plus. The property has several elevators in different locations making rooms accessible to anyone of the elevator. Location is convenient, quiet and safe. The only downside is that the breakfast hours are from 6-9. I wish it would stay open for another hour. The staff began to break down, clean and put things away prior to 9 am

They also give a breakfast buffett ticket. The breakfast was the same for the 3 mornings we were there. Don't get me started on how wet the scrambled eggs were.

At 7:30 a.m., I informed the front desk associate, and she stated that she would send maintenance to inspect the issue while we were at breakfast. Before we left, no one had come to check the shower. When I checked out, I mentioned the issue again to the front desk. Her response was, “Well, did you tell anybody?” I explained that I had just reported it to her about 20 minutes earlier. I also let her know that although we were checking out, the room should probably be inspected before assigning it to another guest. Her response, in a very condescending tone, was simply, “You’re checked out,” followed by a blank stare. There was no apology, acknowledgment of the inconvenience, or indication that the issue would be addressed.

Great place

The pool was not open and the property did not disclose that , they forgot to bring me a blanket three times when I called repeatedly to ask for an extra blanket , they gave me an outdated room as well.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly

Excellent for the price. I have spent 3x the price for WAY less! Really the only problem is the parking. Came in after going to a concert and there was only 2 spots in the whole lot left. Anyone after me was out of luck.

The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. My room was clean, but in need of an update. The property felt safe and comfortable. I felt it was a very nice place for the price and feel there was value there.

The room was spacious, staff was friendly and the breakfast was yummy! Also the complimentary drink was the cherry on top! Would stay here again!
