Reviews

Room and staff were excellent. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so there is a bit of construction mess. However, it never inhibited movement or services.
-
Helpful staff, we had a late flight arrival from weather delays and made sure the reservation was held for us after hours.
-
The hotel is under renovations. Didn’t get to explore the hotel much as we were just there for 1 night. The ac was quick to pickup and much better than we’ve experienced. The room we got, 2 beds plus king, was very roomy and nicely updated. Located in a nice and safe location.

Close to where i needed to be. They are in a total remodel so everything was not perfect, but it worked. Parking is limited and had to fine because of construction, that was the biggest problem

They were undergoing renovations at the time of our stay, rooms were fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful!

There was not complimentary breakfast
-
Dates got changed at checkout and hotel was unwilling to change dates back or refund
-
Remodel in progress. Elevator is down. Debris everywhere
-
After the disastrous booking at Days Inn, staff was kind and helpful. Although under maintenance/ remodel the place was clean and I could swim!
-
The entire hotel is not just under a minor renovation it is a full renovation with black mold exposed. The entire lounge area is unusable. The hot tub not working, elevator not working. Trash cans everywhere. This hotel should not be operating and it certainly should not be charging what it is under these conditions. HORRIBLE conditions!!

Hotel under construction and in complete disarray. Just crazy this wasn't listed anywhere and there was dust and loud noises. We would have stayed elsewhere. Elevator out of service. Staff tells me it's been two years under construction and no elevator. Just astounding this wasn't disclosed prior to travel. These photos are highly inaccurate.

Breakfast was not great IKEA Breakfast is better then what they were serving the room & bathroom were dirty it felt like we stayed at a motel 6 and the walls are paper thin doubletree should be ashamed to call this a Hilton.
-
Disappointed the hot tub was closed and we weren’t told about it before our stay
-
Sounded like a clan of monkeys on meth running around above our room. Paper thin walls. Obvious remodel due to visible mildew and mold. Breakfast not included in room fee. Staff indifference to comments. Would definitely skip this hotel. Only booked it because looked for a room that would sleep 6. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Awesome front desk man Jacob and the too was clean and quiet. I wish we could’ve gone swimming in the awesome looking pool but we ran out of time!
-
Remodeled rooms are great. The elevator was out of order. Spouse walks with a cane. Very difficult. Elevator issue has been ongoing at this location for several years. Also Non Lobby entrance lock (card reader) disabled so open to anyone that wanted in. NOT GOOD. Stairwell near outside entrance smelled of very thick Marijuana odor!
-
Listed as “pet friendly” but only accepts dogs. Acted like it was crazy to expect a hotel to allow cats. Could not check in, could not find another place on such short notice and ended up sleeping in a closet with my cat.
-
The sink was outside the bathroom, but not bad. The hotel is under construction, The elevator was out of service, so going up and down stairs was a bit hard with luggage. The parking lot was full due to construction equipment. So it made it a bit complex to stay there and wasn’t communicated

Very nice
