Great breakfast, quiet spot

I tried 3 seperate rooms, all smelled like smoke.

Very well kept property. Breakfast was great. Staff kept everything stocked and clean.

Everyone was extremely helpful from the front desk to the breakfast staff

Very old and not a great exterior. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was great, staff were very attentive to the breakfast area, kept it very stocked and clean. Hotel room was very large and renovated. The homeless problem of Portland is however evident in the area surrounding the hotel. The pool did not open until 10am and Check out was 11am, which did not give us time to enjoy it, it is in an out building but looks nice from the outside. Can’t stay I’d stay there again but worked for a quick stop over.

Didn't like: Room was quite small for the king size bed. The bathroom was QUITE small. There was only an enclosed shower, no bathtub. Definitely a negative from my wife's perspective. For me a shower is fine except the small bathroom was crowded with the shower enclosure and I must have banged my elbows several times trying to dress in that space. Definitely a poor design on that!

The coffee was good and lobby/breakfast areas very clean and well maintained.

The property was decent for a budget hotel. The breakfast hours (7am) don't really accommodate business travelers needing to leave early in the morning.

Inside has been renovated but the outside is not very modern or welcoming

Family had a great time the only thing is the breakfast could have been better other than that Well done

Low quality for a best western property

Very welcoming and accommodating customer service. My unit was roomy and the workout room was an appreciated amenity.

This is a fairly new property (at least it looked that way), the lobby, room, and grounds were all clean and very well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt (included in the room price)! Checkout was a breeze too. We would definitely recommend this property, and would stay there again!
