WoodSpring Suites Portland Vancouver

The staff was average. Not bad but also nothing spectacular. The facility was clean. The only issue with the room was the bathroom sink not draining properly. Gym was just below average. No breakfast options.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. I stayed 4 nights and they wanted to charge me about $4.00 extra for towels, soap and toilet paper. They didn’t fix the hole in the wall . It was an eye sore seeing it in the room I was in. I had to wait a day for the bathtub stopper. I didn’t know what time it was as there was no workable clock. It was a most inconvenient stay. I won’t be back.

Great staff

to visit Portland and see a show at the Cascades Amphitheater. Didn’t use or see the onsite hot tub advertised so cannot comment but room was clean and had a kitchenette which was nice. Wished they had a coffee maker in room though. Would definitely stay again.

That there was some silverware and pot and pan provided

Very quiet there. Nice staff. Great location for restaurants stores and the airport. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip

Simple

Staff was very helpful, only concern throughout my stay was the sheets being dirty upon arriving initially.

The bathroom floor was dirty with dried blood. The dishes were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. There was a dirty moldy dish in the microwave. There was never coffee available in the morning as we were told during check in. There was rampant drug use going on in the parking lot and I don't mean weed. Hotel was very noisy.

Our room was great. The staff were great - very accommodating and helpful. Our room was upgraded from one bed to two beds. The room had a kitchenette and I was shocked to find the only utensils to be found were one fork, one spoon, 2 knives and a can opener.

Floors through hotel was dirty look like dog pee smelled like it as well. Front desk was friendly . This hotle is not foe a few nights. No blower or iron

Conveniently located Bed was uncomfortable, upholstered furniture looked like a pet had scratched it, bathroom door had a gash in it
