Our room was great. The staff were great - very accommodating and helpful. Our room was upgraded from one bed to two beds. The room had a kitchenette and I was shocked to find the only utensils to be found were one fork, one spoon, 2 knives and a can opener.

Floors through hotel was dirty look like dog pee smelled like it as well. Front desk was friendly . This hotle is not foe a few nights. No blower or iron

Affordable stay, parking was easy, ac was amazing! Only downside was the floors were disgusting, we ended up wearing our clean flip flops around room

It was a fine place to stay near the airport. It was mostly very clean except for the floor that made my feet black. Also the front desk is only open from 9 am to 10 pm which is not ideal for a hotel near the airport.

Pleasant staff, Comfortable rooms, good location. The only complaint my family had was the water pressure of the shower. It was very, very light. Shower pressure.

Nothing The worker was extremely rude and inconsiderate! They over booked and when I arrived at 9 pm they told me they just simply didn’t have a room even though I had already prepaid for our room. And to top it off there were no other rooms at any hotel in the city of Vancouver. And I had to wait 12 days for my money to be returned. Shitty experience and shitty customer service!
