It is a wonderful hotel to stay at beautiful room just the right space and everyone was very helpful

My room was dirty with hair all over the bathroom floor and a bug on the toilet paper roll. The bathroom couter was full of grime. I'm not a complainer and I was tired so i slept in my clothes. Then they had the water off from 8am-1pm so when i woke up I couldn't shower and had to dry brush my teeth.

Parking was convenient but the side door key card didn't work.

Clean and quiet but shower was broken. Only one ice box located on the first floor, and they didn’t even offer free coffee. No frills budget hotel

My whole stay was great. The rooms were nice. The staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not very clean. Found couple of stains on the bedding. The sofa mattress had lots of stains which wasn’t pleasing to see. Staff was great and helpful.

It has a nice feel, was clean, and was in a quiet and convenient location in the suburbs. I was next to the elevator and could hear people coming and going. Only comfortable seating for one person in the front area.

Very nice hotel. Even had iced water with orange slices!! The lady at the desk checking us in was very nice! Our room was pretty clean as in floors, beds, no dust. There were a few cosmetic issues they may want to repair in the ceiling area. Overall was a decent hotel and we would stay again, different room though. Only thing we didn't like was in room 405, the shower needs re-caulked. The mirror had a scattered Crack at the top, over the mirror on the wall needs cleaned. Not sure what it was all over the wall above mirror.. In the corner by air conditioner, and where the curtains are above window, looks like bad leaks. May need to repair the roof and fix the ceiling soon.. Again over all hotel was clean, employees were very nice and inviting

No breakfast clean rooms

There was a sticky drink not cleaned up.by my bedside and the back of the toilet seat was dirty.

The reason I don’t give this a 5 star is because the room was not as clean as it could have been. With shoes off I did step on a small piece of glass and there were a few crumbs still left of the floor. No big deal. The worst part was my room location, I was right outside of the elevator and that’s all I could hear all night. Made it hard to sleep as I could hear every individual chime and feel the vibration all night. Otherwise great hotel!

Beautiful pond and walking trails 15 min from Great Lakes if you have a Navy Sea recruit
