Superb

We enjoyed our second time down. Will continue to head back to Vero Beach. Room is huge and with pool side balcony you can still see the ocean.

Beautiful and clean. Everything was great. No complaints.

Only 94 rooms, the hotel was very classy the food excellent the shower was awesome and staff were super friendly and helpful

Good hotel ,

1st step of 3 into their pool was a white plastic step and it broke as soon as I(other guest with me,eric) stepped on it and bloody upped my ankle. No nice things came my way from the resort. No call to c how i was doing, even though they had my phone number in the report I filled out for them. My family kept subsequent people from using the pool access ladder and no nice words or thank you to them- finally the resort brought their yellow hazard tape!

Champagne welcome, very nice amenities, onsite restaurant and cabana bar. Fresh towels and bottled water everyday. Pool, hot tub, churro party, live entertainment our last night! Beach is literally steps from your door. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. They recycle! My husband wasn’t crazy about his dinner option in the restaurant. It was the chicken with black beans and rice. We also had the lobster tail, scallops and shrimp which were all delicious and cooked well. Get Gloria’s martini!

It’s a very nice resort with beautiful details, the service has declined a bit but still nice.

A great place with really relaxing vibes. Just be cautious about already added gratuity, I double tipped by mistake and they don’t mention it. Other than that it was a great stay

The resort was soooo so clean and smelled amazing everyday. All the staff were soooo friendly and helpful with recommendations. There was nothing to not like about this property

Customer service is alive and well,this resort has the best customer focused staff that I have experienced, I really felt like every employee I met was focused on my comfort. This resort also was one of the best kept property's with attention to detail that I've seen .

They should used the first floor for people with dogs like other hotels. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a beautiful location with a great team! A little expensive for the season/surroundings but overall a beautiful place.

Costa del Este is a classic destination, and as residents of Vero Beach we house our kids and friends there.

Great place to relax and unwind. The room was clean and roomy, the bed comfortable and the view, overlooking the ocean, spectacular.

I only stayed one day; I really didn't like that I couldn't get into my room until 4 pm. That's pretty late, I only stayed overnight, I barely was able to get into the pool, no one asked if we wanted drinks.

My only concern was the food at Wave restaurant. It was very bland and that is difficult to do for Cuban food. It was the only disappointment of the trip. I wish we would have eaten off property because we were celebrating a birthday. Thanks-Jahi
