Costa d'Este Beach Resort and Spa

Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. Loved the surrounding area with the town being in walking distance or a short drive. Rooms were cleaned, but could had a few things that could be fixed. Nothing major. Would recommend to anyone else.

I would compliment the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to wait staff at the bar and restaurant. Everyone was so accommodating and polite.

The place was super clean, most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only experience we didn’t like was the when we arrived the front desk lady didn’t gave us the information where our room was located, pool of how we have access to the beach nothing like that. The pool is beautiful but the safety is my big concern since the floor around the pool is very slippery and it’s sign that said floor is slippery but I think is not safe at all.

Great hotel . Splurged for oceanfront room, however we were right above ac units ! Dull roar of them competes with the sound of the ocean. If you ever book here specify you don’t want to be on second floor next to ac units ! We could see from our balcony

The resort has a retro, vintage feel with a timeless appeal. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spectacular balcony view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and the spa services are top rate.

Nice room, wonderful staff. Excellent happy hour :). Nicely appointed gym. Great access to pool, heated pool, beach loungers. Paid for an upgrade to a limited ocean view, not entirely sure it was necessary but it was as promised.

5-star experience! This was just a short two-night stay, but it checked all of the boxes for a luxurious escape. We were met with a glass of champagne when we checked in; cold towels and frozen grapes were a welcome surprise at the pool in the July heat; the coffee in the lobby at 7am was a delicious way to wake up, along with a walk on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were waiting for us each day. There were plenty of fun activities to engage in, but we were just happy reading our books and walking the beach. When we got tired of that, we went to the pool, where attendants brought us chair covers and towels. Waiters checked on us at the pool and the beach to see if they could bring us anything. The restaurant offered Cuban and American dishes, with the Cuban foods being fun to try. I loved having the door opened for me as I arrived or left the property. The staff was very helpful and friendly the entire time. I can't wait to return. Thank you, Costa d'Este :-)
