Property is not very clean. Pile of Beverage cans out front in shrubbery. Tops of trash bins filthy. Lovely suite but tile floors not clean. Everything looked like it needed a good wipe. Bathroom mirror frames spotted. Construction materials and debris out front. Mildew mold present on benches. Early morning racket with garbage pick up. Expected more from what is written up as a premier property. Very disappointed especially since staff were so accommodating and eager to please.

Oceanfront, valet staff, most of the amenities and the pool The first room was not the level of room I had paid for. Room 2 was wonderful until I found ants crawling on the bedspread Room 3 (again nothing like I had paid for) was to be temporary until the next day when they found me room 4. At this time being very patient, I got mad because I didn’t get into room 4 until 3:30. I paid roughly $500 a day for my room and didn’t get my money’s worth that day. The final insult from the front desk management people was resort fees added which BOOKING didn’t advertise and they tried to charge me for each day I was there when I had already paid ahead of time. I was livid. They corrected their errors, however. These are the reasons I gave for a low score on my overall stay

The pool bar was great, the pool/beach staff were excellent and very attentive. We had meals and cocktails at Cobalt that were on par with our stay! The smoked old fashioned was quite good! Our only critique would be the first impression in the lobby - very dated and worn carpet on the staircase.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. We loved how close the ocean was to our balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the waves crashing. It was very relaxing! The staff were wonderful! They were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the restaurant. Those chocolate chip pancakes were delicious! We can’t wait to return for our next visit!

Staff is great but the property badly needs a complete update. Rooms are way out of date.

I did not like that I booked a full beach view and they tricked me.., I would like a refund for not having a full beach view as that was what I was charged. Also they took $300.00 dollars extra for incidents however they have not returned it to my ATM card!

Very nice hotel, the Wine and drink time is a nice treat. The pool area was a little messy and did not have many areas to lounge in chairs. The Valet worked very well and they were always courteous.

Heaton bar- very cheesy… Definitely needs upgrading. The fitness center could have a couple more machines also.

Heading to the ocean is perfection. A few steps down and there is staff waiting to set up your chairs. Food and drink service is available there, as well. Happy hour is in the lobby. And the front desk is incredibly responsive through their texting system throughout your stay. We’re already planning to return. It was a wonderful stay.

Everything was fine, but it’s a very tired resort. Felt more business hotel than a beach resort. As the nicest hotel in vero, I’d say this is the equivalent of a Hampton Inn. Nothing was an issue, staff was nice etc. but it’s in desperate need of a renovation.
