I would definitely recommend it. This is the kind of hotel that you keep in mind for future returns....

This was our first time at Kimpton Vero Beach. It is a beautiful hotel and we loved the property. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a king bed room with the ocean view and that wad amazing. We highly recommend staying at the Kimpton Hotel and Spa.

The hotel will need a refurbishment soon as some of the furniture in the room was a little worn and tired.

I love that i can bring my four Yorkies here! This is my second time staying here and i will be back. The restaurant is amazing! Every dish i ordered was delicious. The bar staff was friendly as was all the staff. I love the beachy vibe.

We ate our meals at Heaton's, the hotel restaurant. The food was very good. The service was a little slow, but eating outside, overlooking the ocean, made it not bad. The room was spacious and clean. The coffee they serve in the lobby in the morning is excellent. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The best experience we've had visiting FL. Loved this beautiful hotel! My favorite. Our room was perfect. The staff were very helpful & accommodating. The food & drinks were delicious. The pool & beach experience was just what we needed. This was a top notch vacation spot!

this is my 3rd time at this hotel in about 18 months.......is slipping. Notable was how the pool area was dirty the whole 4 days I was there. Trash was not picked up each day...some plastic cups on the ground under chairs the whole time. Management has issues. The grounds should be policed every morning for trash and they should leaf blow the leaves/mulch off the pool deck area.....looks dirty.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. There were many love bugs flying all over so was difficult to spend time outdoors but other than that we enjoyed our stay

My wife and I were vacationing with our two adult daughters. Lovely time. They had massages at the spa and reported it was a spiritual experience! lol

Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff was attentive, walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

The property is in urgent need of maintenance, both inside the rooms and throughout the common areas. The beach area was unacceptable — there were dead birds, debris and plastic glasses scattered along the beachfront from the moment we arrived until we left, without being removed or cleaned. A mess! This alone reflects a serious lack of basic operational standards. Public areas were not properly maintained, and the lobby was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The area directly in front of our terrace was used as a storage space for beach chairs and umbrellas, significantly affecting the view, privacy, and overall experience. Service was also inconsistent. While some staff were friendly, the front desk was not helpful when issues were raised, and there was little sense of accountability or effort to resolve problems. In addition, even after involving Booking.com, it was not possible to obtain a proper invoice covering the full amount paid for the stay, which is a basic and expected requirement. Overall, this property does not meet the standards it claims or the price it charges. The value for money is poor, and the experience left a clear sense of having paid for something that was not delivered.
