Great design and beautiful grounds.....this place looks like a $400 per night hotel. Bugs in the room is a deal breaker for me. If my partner had been with me, she would have refused to sleep there, and I would have been moving us to another hotel at midnight. I realize there are (sometimes) bugs in beach rentals, but not an upscale boutique hotel like this. (I killed 2 large cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.) 'Sorry.....I won't be back.

Location is great - 5-7mins drive to the most of parks, cafes. there are 3-4 nice restaurants within 5 min walk. Ocean is just near the corner. Hotel is very cozy, quite and has relaxed family friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is unstable wifi.

I didn’t realize how close the property was to the beach because we hit the beach first and it was literally across the street. Everywhere we went was only about a 15 min drive. Room was very clean and comfortable and the area felt safe and was quiet. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to the area.

We loved our stay! It was quaint, quiet, and perfect for us. We love that there’s only 18 rooms and the pool was great.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The room is large. Pool is nice. Free bikes to use. Kitchen appliances were newer. There is no door separating the bedroom with the living area.

The location in Vero Beach is convenient, but unfortunately, the management's business practices overshadowed the stay. Hidden fees and unprofessional post-stay harassment. After departure, we received harassing text messages from management demanding an undisclosed $100 surcharge. Demanding significant, uncontracted payments after a guest has checked out is predatory and unacceptable.

Sprinklers came on at 4am it was so loud . They have a quiet policy after 10pm yet ignore it. Don’t stay here if value sleep . When arrived at 4:30pm was no one there even though it says hours open 9-5.30. Such a shame as could be so good but was so bad.

Great location, seamless check in and check out, clean rooms. Only heat available was a small space heater, which was insufficient for the cold temps.

Loved the pool area and the garden area. Loved having sitting area outside our room! No electrical plug in the bathroom.
