Great design and beautiful grounds.....this place looks like a $400 per night hotel. Bugs in the room is a deal breaker for me. If my partner had been with me, she would have refused to sleep there, and I would have been moving us to another hotel at midnight. I realize there are (sometimes) bugs in beach rentals, but not an upscale boutique hotel like this. (I killed 2 large cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.) 'Sorry.....I won't be back.

Location is great - 5-7mins drive to the most of parks, cafes. there are 3-4 nice restaurants within 5 min walk. Ocean is just near the corner. Hotel is very cozy, quite and has relaxed family friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is unstable wifi.

We loved our stay! It was quaint, quiet, and perfect for us. We love that there’s only 18 rooms and the pool was great.

I didn’t realize how close the property was to the beach because we hit the beach first and it was literally across the street. Everywhere we went was only about a 15 min drive. Room was very clean and comfortable and the area felt safe and was quiet. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to the area.
