Room was clean, staff was super and very friendly. Great access to the beach with umbrellas and chairs. A quiet hidden gem. Pool area was a little small but overall a great relaxing weekend.

Though they do supply dry breakfast items such as cereal, toast, etc. Coffee is also available but if you are a tea drinker, which we are, bring your own and make it in your room. Being a small 30 room, 2 story place, the downfall is no elevator. So if you can't lug your stuff up a flight of stairs, ask for a 1st floor room. They have 10 ocean view rooms (extra cost of course) that are all on 2nd floor and a few on what you could say is a 3rd floor. The pictures don't show but the parking lot is a 1 way u-shaped lot. It is a narrow passage by the pool to get around the back of the building. The pool is a typical size for hotel/motel. They even have a restroom close by so you don't have to go back to your room. The patio has many chairs, loungers and some tables. Also a grill in the corner. A short walk to the beach were they set up 6 sets of loungers and umbrellas. There is a shower near the path to wash off the sand. The rooms are large. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator & stove. A place setting for 4 along with silverware, a few sugar/sweetener packets & creamer pods; salt & pepper, dish soap & a few pots/,pans. We were missing a pot holder, which I'm sure if I went to ask they would have given me. They allow the use of their washers/dryers for free from 4-8pm

Location, a little cheaper then most other hotels in area. Window unit AC thst didn't get as cold as it should. Slip and falls areas going down stairs from water areas from ac units sweating.

Very clean room 218 beach view

The lady who checked us in was not friendly. When we arrived she was working with another family which caused about a 15 minute wait. She never greeted us when we walked in nor while we stood waiting for her to finish with the other customer-maybe she was having a bad day but it certainly wasn’t a warm welcome. The cleaning staff were very sweet. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach, great patio area, with plenty of chairs. I have stayed here twice, and it always meets my needs.

Pool is no clean

Cut, quiet, quick walk to the beach, staff was always cleaning and maintaining. Nice easy grab and go breakfast items like muffins and bagels with cream cheese available. I greatly appreciated the coffee machine that had espresso.

The beach was right there; didn’t need to cross a street. It was near downtown. Friendly staff. I loved my stay there.

Location was great, outdoor area was wonderful. The rooms can have a musty smell, a little out dated. It was still a lot of fun and a great spot to stay close to the beach.

Pool always crowded and noisy. Ocean view room away from pool is best

room was clean and had a kitchen with every thing needed. also close to beach with chairs and tent. bathroom did not have cabinet to put h and b room.
