Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Nice shower.

The room was in bad shape. The shower had a major leak that sprayed out into the bathroom floor. The bathroom mirror was cracked.

Such a great place and wonderful staff

Breakfast was good, room was clean , however there was water leaking from the ac in the room, there was so much water in the carpet on the whole left side of the bed, and info front of the mirror ,we just needed a place to sleep for the night so we kept the room ,otherwise we would have asked to have another room

It was ok but I would not stay there again.

The room smelled like mildew, the carpet was even wet. A towel in the bathroom was visibly dirty, the countertops were visibly dirty, I took a rag and swiped the countertop in the restroom and blue tooth paste was on the rag. The pool room was hot and again smelled like mildew, the flooring and siding of the pool was falling apart and the ceiling had visible mold. They did allow me to change room but mold was in the second room as well. Walls were paper thin, I heard people all night and the door slammed so loudly. Breakfast was not good, my eggs had a blonde hair in it, waffles weren’t good. Only I found edible was a bagel with cream cheese. The juice machine was out of order as well. I tried hard to not let these things bother me but it was just too much to ignore at this point. I do not recommend.

They didn’t have luggage racks to help bring your luggage in. The keys took several try’s to work. They didn’t work at all on the outside doors. So the put a rubber mat to block it from closing. There was no hot water. The room was so moldy smelling. I turned the AC down to 67* didn’t help. The TV glitched on ever channel.

We had a problem with a musty smell! We tried to change rooms but were told there were no others available, and when we asked about a refund, we were told the manager wasn't there and wasn't answering the phone.

The most comfortable beds we slept in all week on our vacation.

The bed had a terrible smell (dead dog). I went to the front desk and the lady said they were booked that night and could not do any room swaps. She called her manager and she gave me another set of sheets to replace the stinky sheets. The clerk sweared the room was cleaned and all linens were changed. When I proceeded to change the sheets, I noticed the smell was even stronger, I ended removing the mattress top cover and there was two yellow stains in the mattress from where the smell came from. The smell was strong that I have to sleep on the other side of the bed. And my mom slept on the sofa bed. We sucked it up for one night with the smell. I won’t never stay at this hotel and won’t recommend it to anyone.

The door on the bathroom did not work. There was no air conditioning in the hallway if the second floor. The treadmill was not working.

Spacious clean room with comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Everything was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

We often stay here because it's affordable, clean and the staff are helpful and kind. However, they truly need to invest in a better ventilation system. First room was so damp we had to be transferred. The second was much better, but furniture is becoming too worn and dated.

The hotel canceled my reservation for no reason and said they tried to contact me. I had to go elsewhere to be accommodated.
