Overall a nice hotel, however there were no shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower.

The staff was friendly. No complaints. The workout facility was poorly maintained. There were large stains on the carpet and it just appeared dirty. I had a room with two beds but there was only one bath towel provided. So I had to go downstairs to get towels. My TV remote did not work and I had to request a replacement three times before getting one that worked. This location did not have breakfast included but rather an expensive cafe where you could buy food. That was disappointing.

The tv was so small it was hard to watch. The hot water was lukewarm. No plastic bags in the trash cans.

It is a clean hotel. But the it’s time to change out the shower head due to calcium clogging and fix the bathroom door and frame to completely close. No coffee in the lobby due Starbucks concession and only a pay breakfast option that cost more than McDonald’s or Dunkin Donuts breakfast delivery to the room across the hallway.

Had to change rooms because the ac wasn't working, and it leaking onto the carpet. The entire room smelled horrible. The new room didn't smell much better. Carpets need to be cleaned. Roll in shower is slick and is a fall hazard. The entire bathroom floor gets soaked and slippery when showering.

The location and accommodations were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I left too early in the morning to get breakfast. I am sure that is good as well.

The outside of the hotel looked decent. The lobby area of the hotel also looked decent. The workout facility was adequate with dumbbells as well as cardio machines. However, it is clear that the hallway on the third floor had not been vacuumed neither of the three days that I was there. The ice machine was absent, although the room was there for that. The room needed vacuuming, especially up against the wall walls beside the bed. There were dead, silver fish insects in the bathroom, including in the shower. There were only two but, they were there. Nothing looked well kept except for the shower itself. I was traveling for a business as I usually do and was more impressed with most of the La Quinta that I sleep at than at this, which I considered a slight upgrade. The price was not bad, but I just expected more. I would be hesitant in recommending this facility. It was not terrible by any means but, average at best.
