ENTIRE HOTEL SMELLS LIKE MOLD! I was double charged. They eventually corrected the charges BUT if I hadn't cought it they would have double charged me! Staff is politely condescending and completely unable to make any real decisions. This hotel needs to be repaired and made safe for guest. The staff and management needs to be completely retrained. They have a motel 6 mentality at the Marriott.

The room we were in smelled musty as did the hallway. The A/C worked well. The bed was semi-comfortable but the pillows were nice. Wish it had a nice cafe instead of a bistro. Menu was lacking. Overall we would stay there again. Just read the fine print as we were told the charge would be Total $149 a night and it ended up $348.20 and upon checkout it was added $40 more? Will look into this further when time alots.

Minor maintenance issues, streaming services weren’t available and no notification at check in

Staff went above and beyond. Only issue were my fellow guests who sounded like they were running up and down the hall after midnight, but that’s not a ding on the hotel, just the inconsiderate guests

The front desk staff were not friendly and almost rude when asked about water and a late check out. Overall the hotel was not that nice. I don’t believe there is a nicer hotel in Victoria but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Staff was helpful at check in. Our only big complaint was that the room smelled very musty and the bathroom had hair in the shower.
