My first time experience with Hampton was not the best. The staff did their best but the property hosted guests while rénovations were on going. Very dusty, making our rooms and the air with breath dirty. There was no hot breakfast for all 3 days. We were only given a 1day breakfast pass at a burritos 🌯 restaurant for only 2 people while we were 2 adults and 3 kids which was mentioned in out reservation. Overall everyone that stayed there during the weekend of July 17th 2026 deserves a 50% discount.

Place under construction so no public areas available. Booked a 4 person room( thought was suite )but just a king bed and love seat pullout. Clerk unable to change room, unable to give 4 breakfast vouchers( max was 2) even though 4 people in room and paid more for it. Only 2 set towels in room. Construction on every floor but NO amenities offered. Was a very disappointing stay. By the way, a double queen for 2 people had Much more space than the one I got.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed the review said excellent it was anything but I took pictures I just need to submit them the entire place was under construction I walked in and where the receptionist the entire roof had caved in every floor apparently had construction she gave us a room on the second floor next to the elevator the entire Hall was under construction you could hear grinders and people working while you're sitting in your room it was pretty horrible it was absolutely disgusting there is debris and dirt just everywhere again I took pictures I just need to know where to some of them

Every was clean. However, there is construction in the hotel. Even at 8:45, Sunday, the day after July 4th, the workers decided to wake us up while using saws. Then, half the breakfast was cut out because of construction that was not even on the same floor. Worst experience I’ve had as a Hilton Honors members.

The pictures on Expedia show a hot tub as a room amenity, but after talking to hotel staff, hot tubs have not been available for years. Very disappointing.

Staff was cheerful, efficient and professional. Comfy bed, nice fluffy towels, clean bathroom, quiet. Breakfast was OK - typical free breakfast. I will definitely stay again.
