First of all the advertised a free breakfast buffet there is no buffet. There is no breakfast second of all when we got there the first room they put us in smelt so bad that we had to change rooms now the next room was a lot better but it still had a faint out of light mildew.

The staff were all friendly and hrlpful The tv remote is very difficult to navigate, had to do with the remote, not pleasant

The tv in the living room did not work and WiFi did not work with ps4 consoles or any other devices other than phone

I was charged by booking and when I arrived to my reservation I had to pay in full at the hotel. I have been trying to get in contact with booking for over 3 hours and so has the hotel staff. I was double charged and booking has not helped me sort this situation. Please call me back at 9563915145 That booking pay the hotel what I paid them. The hotel never got paid and I was charged in full on site. This is not right! Calling customer service does nothing. They say they will call back and have not with multiple attempts.
