The tv in the living room did not work and WiFi did not work with ps4 consoles or any other devices other than phone

I was charged by booking and when I arrived to my reservation I had to pay in full at the hotel. I have been trying to get in contact with booking for over 3 hours and so has the hotel staff. I was double charged and booking has not helped me sort this situation. Please call me back at 9563915145 That booking pay the hotel what I paid them. The hotel never got paid and I was charged in full on site. This is not right! Calling customer service does nothing. They say they will call back and have not with multiple attempts.

After a 24 hour straight drive it was nice to be greeted with a helpful staff member. We got in at 1 am on June 28th (booked for the 27th-28th) and the young man with glasses at the counter had EXCELLENT customer service skills. He was patient, friendly and you can tell he genuinely cared to be of help. Clean room, warm shower and a comfortable bed. The girls at the counter that morning were also very kind. Would stay again.

The AC did not work properly. It never shut off and the room was extremely humid. One of my worst experiences ever.

Location was in a good neighborhood, we felt safe. Swimming pool area was very nice. There's a grilling area with tables that we utilized. The propane was hooked up to a direct line so no need to have a tank. They have a laundry room with washer/dryers free to use for guest. We enjoyed the use of the kitchenette in our room, plenty of supplies to use. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and we just had to call the front desk any mornings we wanted cleaning services. The front desk employee's were friendly and helpful. We have family in the area and come occasionally and this hotel will definitely be our go to place from here on. We were asleep at 1am and the front desk called our room with a noise complaint from the room below us.
