The towels and lenins are too dirty and the bed frame broke in the middle of my sleep , very disappointing

Location No elevator, musky carpet odor in hallway, one bath towel for two adults tv not working, not all room lights working, no sugarfree syrup, no sugar substitute for coffee

Didn't always have breakfast ready on time. When asked about the orange juice the person didn't know how to change it out. It was just water.

The first room they put me the ceiling in the bathroom was mildewed so bad ! I took a picture of it. The second room had bugs in it ! I will never return !

The place was not the cleanest. The garbage can by the rear entrance was overflowing and there were cigarette butts all over. The hallway wasn't vacuumed. The only thing available for breakfast was yogurt, sugary cereals, and waffles. There was a toaster but no bread. Also no butter for the waffles. The coffee creamer was the powder type. Not sure how the place got a rating of 8.2.

The room was decently clean, but old and a little musty. The hallway and stairwell needed to be vacuumed. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Overall, pretty mediocre. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Close to mall. Nice people running the place. Minor things. Could use do not disturb signs. Ice bag too small for ice bucket.

I felt like y'all offered a clean and safe hotel for the price. Thanks! There could be some more focus on cleanliness, but overall, not bad.

We stayed 8 days. We got a suite. Everything was pretty good except for the front desk girls, not nice at all! The phone in our room didn’t work so no room service, the breakfast buffet goof flavor (congrats to the cooks) but every day the same menu no variety. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels a few times since for some reason they didn’t let us any after they cleaned the room.
