Our room was okay, our 2nd room was dirty. Weekend breakfast was good but the weekday was not good at all. Cereal was way past stale. Bathroom held condensation and was constantly dripping water on the floors. Whole hotel was humid and smelled musty.

It’s was a nice easy layout to the property. Our fridge in the room wasn’t working and the top cover on bedding was stained dark from something-luggage?

Para empezar era complicado abrir la puerta de la habitación, las almohadas tenían muy mal olor, lo único bueno es el personal de recepción muy amable y buen desayuno.

The front desk staff was very friendly and changed my room as soon as I informed her of the issues with the room. Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about, coffee machine wasn't working so had to go back to the room to make a single cup. The host had no training. Tables were sticky the cereal was stale, biscuits were hard and no gravy, the only fruit offered was a very small apple no bananas. For the price that is being charged this place needs an upgrade. I would also find a place with a pool.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low and there was a huge rust spot in the bathtub.

Clean room, microwave and fridge nice to have. Check in and out easy to do online and I would stay here again. 👍

The staff was great and very helpful

The staff was great the breakfast wonderful especially the staff who prepared it. The bathroom was a little untidy as far as hair and dust in the corners of the bathroom. Mainly behind the door. The bathroom much cleaner and I would’ve liked to soak in hot water after work.

The smell

I like how there’s no security deposit and it’s in a secluded area I didn’t like how the wall of the shower looked.

It was a very convenient place to stay as far as sleeping & getting in a morning run. I wanted to just drink water around 6:05 AM…water before my run and the girl at the desk was rude and would not let me enter. I could have argued that it was late opening but instead delayed my run another 15 minutes.

Our fist room was leaking on me when I went to use the restroom so I looked up to see a leaking roof and mold, so we go to the desk and inform them so they move us to another room, it also has mold but at least it was not leaking and we are tired so just said oh well. Go to put our things away and see stains on one of the beds comforter, luckily we only needed 1 bed so slept on what appeared to be not dirty sheets/comforter.

The air conditioner cooled, but the room was grossly humid. The fountain decorations are broken in the lobby and just sitting there as an eye sore. Clearly the property is not being well maintained. The staff were all very friendly.

Very clean room, friendly staff really enjoyed our stay.

Tv problem

The room was clean and cold. The bed was super comfortable! Just smelled a little musty by the fron desk but overall very nice!
