Clean comfortable room and bed, walking distance to mall and several restaurants, very limited commercial vehicle and towed vehicle parking tight entrance and exit, hot breakfast, nice staff , pool, exercise area and guest laundry, ongoing renovations nonworking elevator

since the elevator was broken we were lucky enough to get a room on the first floor so everything else as ok

elevator didn't work so i had to cancel my stay but i didn't receive a refund so that just soured the whole experience booking .com count get IN contact with the hotel because the number on file wasn't the same as the new one.

Pretty nice rooms , nice lobby and free breakfast. Elevators were broken and front desk workers weren’t the best or the most attentive. Trying to check out , waited almost 10 minutes even after ringing the “bell” multiple times.

a few amenities were unavailable, the pool was under maintenance and the more unfortunate part, the elevator was put of order and we were on the 3rd floor, thats a lot of stairs to carry things back and forth with

No pool,no elevators, no company phone,no handicap rooms on first floor. I wouldn't have even have them on Expedia web site till Inn was in better conditions it's embarrassing.

Breakfast was ok.was here a couple of months ago pool was closed an it was stil closed then an now,the elevator was also down two months ago and still down the ac was ok,the only bright spot at this hotel was cleaning crew an Mrs.mary was very impressionable very nice other cleaning ladies also.wont return until elevator an pool are repaired.

Location The front door was wide open no A/C on. Staff folding sheets in lobby. Elevator not working. Location was under renovation never mentioned this at booking. Would not stay here again
