Elevator was out but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Things happen

Staff at check-in was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. AC was meh. We came for a softball tournament and had to use our big fan in the room. Elevator was out of order which I did not see while looking for a room. Only thing that saves this review is pillows and blankets were soft. Location is around eveything.

The one entrance/exit to the street.

No Elevator, soggy under cooked hash browns, lazy finish work around the tub, great air conditioning.

La ubicación excelente Everything was very clean, but the receptionist with the copper-colored hair was very rude. My daughter was getting some breakfast when we arrived at 10:00, and the receptionist practically snatched the plate away, claiming my daughter was going to waste the food; she was incredibly high-handed and ill-mannered—and I’ve seen other comments about her. She displays very poor manners and racism; she won't even return a "good morning" greeting. I think management should pay closer attention to who they hire, since we are paying for good service, and an employee shouldn't treat a customer as if they were giving us the stay for free.

Loved that due to renovations and an incident occurring on stairway for my friend the staff made sure we were transferred to first floor ! So helpful will return back when I visit Victoria

Elevator not working the hotel is going through renovation which is needed. The room we stayed in is old but clean.

The bath tub was very sticky and old.

Elevator was out of service "due to renovations". Not sure what new carpet & paint have to do with an elevator not working. Climbing the stairs with luggage was no fun for this old guy. Also had to do a temporary fix on the toilet flushing mechanism.

Additionally, you’re not informed about the elevator not working until you arrive. When you ask if you want to cancel due to the inconvenience, you’re told that you won’t receive a refund. If you need assistance, well, I suppose that’s your problem.

The staff here is very friendly and the rooms are immaculate That the elevator is not working.

Bugs on the bed, dirty bath tub

Clean comfortable room and bed, walking distance to mall and several restaurants, very limited commercial vehicle and towed vehicle parking tight entrance and exit, hot breakfast, nice staff , pool, exercise area and guest laundry, ongoing renovations nonworking elevator

Rate was good, room was clean and comfortable, could make breakfast a little bit better, but otherwise would stay again No meat at breakfast
