Best Western Plus Victoria Inn & Suites

The room was very clean, Staff was very helpful when we asked about a couple of things. Mattress was comfortable and bedding was clean. Nice shower. A/C was cold. Easy parking. Coffee and breakfast was awesome, Biscuits were fluffy.

Room a/c wasn’t on when we arrived. Took a while for room to cool down. Faucet in shower was broken and leaking. Seems like it would have been easily noticed if someone was checking the rooms before guests arrived. The room was clean. The hotel was clean.

I had to come in one day early and a room was available. The staff very accommodating and helpful. I like the idea that they show what is available for breakfast.

BW in Victoria is great. Attentive friendly staff-fresh decent breakfast-clean rooms and safe parking lot. My third stay was great…will choose this hotel again, for sure!

The hotel recently added new carpet in the building. Very nice. However, after installation in our room, it was not vacuumed. There were minor items incomplete in the room: outlet covers missing, unfinished painting close to objects in ceiling, snack food left in drawers from previous tenant. I expect better cleaning in between clients at all hotels.

Clean room and easy check in and check out

Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The shower was leaking when we got there. The worst part was the ac. That thing was not quite at all. Would go on for a few minutes and stop. But it kept making this ugly loud click noise. Did not let us sleep.

Booking.com I reserved a two bed room once i walked in the room one of the beds has a misplaced bottom leg holder didn’t last less then 5 min in the room i instantly wet to the front desk to let them know if i could get changed to a new room do to the situation and all the men did was be extremely rude and told me to leave. Once i left the property the men deducted 150 out of my credit card and said it was deducted from booking. Very very very bad experience! will never book with them!
