The hotel room was nice and spacious and the staff was very kind. It was clean and quiet. The hotel is near restaurants and we had a good stay.

The lady at the front desk did not know how to check me in or activate my key. She had to get help twice. I waited 20 minutes.

This was the worst ducking hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!! The rooms sucked the door would not even close you had to push it closed.The pool was like swimming in sewage don't think it was cleaned since last year!!!! The lighting outside was better across the street from the car dealership that was the only way you were able to see!!!! The free breakfast like at all hotels was no existence the only thing good was the coffee!!!! We payed for 3 adults and was only accommodated for 2!!! The microwave should have been thrown away it was disgusting on the inside!!!!will never stay at this location again in Victoria Tx. This wasFor my Wife's birthday and our 10 year Anniversary!!!! The worst I have ever been to. I'm also still waiting for my $50 incedental fee to be reimbursed!!!! The check in time said 1:00 and you couldn't check in till 3:00 that's bull$hit!!!!! We had to sit in the heat and wait!!!!

Breakfast wasn’t included, so we didn’t eat at the hotel, but there were several nearby places where we could easily grab breakfast. The property is a little rundown in some areas, but it was clean enough and worked well for what we needed. Overall, a decent and convenient option for a short family stay.

At front desk the receptionist was quite short almost rude. The rooms were ok but everything was damp the room was not properly sealed or something. It just felt humid! Like bad the counters and tv were all covered in like morning dew.
