Hilton Garden Inn Victoria

The front desk attendant was, very attentive, had to ask were the elevator was located at check in, I asked for his name and was reluctant to give it to me. The property has to hot tubs, one didn’t work at all, and the other didn’t heat. They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me. On my first day Expedia reached out to me about my stay , informed them of the inattentive service and they said about relaying the concerns to property management and never heard from them. I would advise not staying at this property, definitely not worth what you pay for nightly stay!!!!

It was warm and inviting.

Staff was good. Very clean. Excellent location. Toilet did not work. Bottles were empty in shower. They did offer to transfer me to another room but I was settled & too exhausted to move.

This is a beautiful property, very clean and welcoming. I wish they offered complimentary breakfast for the price. I was also disappointed that the indoor hot tub was broken and the outdoor one was only about body temp or slightly warmer. The outdoor areas were very nice, as well. Bed was comfy and the room was the cleanest of any hotel we have stayed at in Victoria. We would stay again but would definitely call to find out about the hot tubs ahead of booking. I was particularly happy with how quiet the hallways and common areas were despite the full parking lots.

The rooms and pool. My son's shoes were stolen and nobody really didnt do anything when it was brought to their attention. The price for a one night stay was pricy which didn't include breakfast at all.

I stay here frequently and it’s always a pleasure. Staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions for activities in town. Room was clean as was the bathroom

Loved it here! From checking in to checking out. They even text you to make sure you are okay or if you need anything. You don't find that everyday. Will always pick here to stay!

Swimming pool close to early

The hotel is dated but for the price is good value. The beds are comfortable, large rooms and bathroom and clean.

They don’t allow food deliveries to the rooms. Very inconvenient to meet in lobby where they leave it at front desk. Will not stay again due to that fact. Other than that, it is a nice property.

Hotel was very clean and staff were well trained, helpful and friendly. The rooms had plenty of space and bed was very comfortable. I even loved the coffee.

The hotel lost our booking. We booked 2 months in advance only to show up to no reservation and they did not have any comparable rooms to offer to us. The same thing happened to my friend who also booked when I did. It was not a favorable experience.

We have stayed twice in the last three weeks. Each time the front desk staff has been very helpful and cafe staff very friendly.

Love the pool area! The staff are always so friendly.

They should have a complementary breakfast for the cost of the room.
