Couldn't sit on the couch in the room because it was caving in. The elevator was sketchy. The buttons were slammed into the wall. So you had to stick you finger in the wall to find the button. No ice machine. Pool was closed. Very trashy environment.
-
Hated that we were told AFTER everything was final at check in that we were on the 3rd floor• and they didn’t have a working elevator.
-
Elevator out of service and no one to help take luggage up stairs. Building being remodeled so pool, exercise room, etc. unavailable. Bibles not provided in room.
-
Room smells extremely bad a/c was leaking on carpet had that wet moldy smell terrible elevators not working rat droppings all around the staircase will not be staying here again
-
they were under construction and the elevator was inoperable
-
The room was clean and my daughter loved the toiletries that were complementary. The breakfast was delicious and I am so glad we stayed here as opposed to a more expensive alternative.
-
Hotel under construction. Lots of associated sounds and smells. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful though.
-
The hotel was under construction, and there was no details on the Expedia app. Unacceptable. if we would’ve known the pool was under maintenance and under construction and so was the gym we would not booked this hotel.
-
There were renovations going on and the swimming pool and gym were closed. There was one, poorly supplied vending machine for drinks and one for snacks. I did not know there were renovations going on when I booked, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.
-
It’s not that I was upset nor disappointed but the pool was down due to renovation.
-
They didn't disclaim they were under renovations and the pool was closed! It looked more like a construction site than a hotel. It was a shock learning this after driving for over 2 hours to get there.
-
I couldn’t find an ice machine on my floor.
-
You can’t access the Casino from the Hotel you must walk out and around !
-
Room was okay. Hotel was under construction. Lobby and hallways were not air conditioned. Fitness center was closed.
