Amazing service

The hotel is clean, The staffs are friendly and patient

Close to the town center and highway We had numerous issues with our room. No bath towels the first night or morning. We were told they were in the dryer. We had to ask multiple times. The tv did not work in the main room. Room smelled like cigarettes and there was cigarette butts on the balcony even though we had a non smoking room. Fingernails on the bathroom rink. No body wash in the dispenser in the shower. The glass shower door almost fell off the track on to my husband. He had to tighten it up himself. The manager at the desk that checked me was rude. I was in the middle of my check-in, and he didn’t even excuse himself, just walked away to go over and talk to some other guests in the lobby before finishing my check-in. The staff at the Starbucks in the morning were slow and could care less about getting people‘s order. We only ordered coffee and waited forever. We finally gave up and asked for a refund. We were told at that point we couldn’t get a refund because their credit card machine was down. We had to wait until that night to get refunded. I wanted to speak to someone about the problems I had at checkout in the morning, but when I waited at the desk with other guests that were also waiting, no staff came to the desk to wait on us. I finally gave up and left.

Everything is as great, great staff. Only thing is the ice machine. I had to keep going to get some from a different floor, but other than that I would definitely stay again.

Looks exactly like the online pictures. The gentleman who checked me into my room was professional, friendly and helpful

Rooms were very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of outlets, storage, counter space, etc. The fitness facility had a filtered water bottle filler and the staff was helpful for any needs.

Beds were comfortable Other than that is was the worst courtyard Marriott I’ve ever stayed in

The hotel itself was great. However check in personnel was not very friendly or helpful. Regardless of that we did enjoy the stay.

Plastic shower liner was exceptionally slippery. Could smell cleaner on it when stepping in. Mild black and orange mold was on edge of toilet on the floor and on top edge of shower pan and outside lining of shower. Used wash cloths to wipe it off after cleaning crew did not clean it for a couple of days.

What breakfast are you talking about? Was I suppose to get FREE Breakfast? Everything else was fine!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, we would have preferred if the bed was positioned directly in front of the television, so that you wouldn't have to lay on your side to see the television.

There was no blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa No body wash or soap in the room I was misled regarding breakfast they have it but it isn’t complementary The staff was very friendly

No complimentary coffee. $4.50 FOR A CUP. THERE WAS ALSO A CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST. I ordered a croissant, and the female worker sounded like a robot when I asked her why was the butter so cold. It's a beautiful layout in the lobby but the halls wreaked a very bad smell. Probably was the carpet. I believe the male at the desk was probably the manager. He was so kind. He came to my room to help me get the tv started.
