The hotel itself was great. However check in personnel was not very friendly or helpful. Regardless of that we did enjoy the stay.

cute and classy rooms! hallways were clean, rooms were a decent size as well!

Plastic shower liner was exceptionally slippery. Could smell cleaner on it when stepping in. Mild black and orange mold was on edge of toilet on the floor and on top edge of shower pan and outside lining of shower. Used wash cloths to wipe it off after cleaning crew did not clean it for a couple of days.

What breakfast are you talking about? Was I suppose to get FREE Breakfast? Everything else was fine!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, we would have preferred if the bed was positioned directly in front of the television, so that you wouldn't have to lay on your side to see the television.

There was no blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa No body wash or soap in the room I was misled regarding breakfast they have it but it isn’t complementary The staff was very friendly

No complimentary coffee. $4.50 FOR A CUP. THERE WAS ALSO A CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST. I ordered a croissant, and the female worker sounded like a robot when I asked her why was the butter so cold. It's a beautiful layout in the lobby but the halls wreaked a very bad smell. Probably was the carpet. I believe the male at the desk was probably the manager. He was so kind. He came to my room to help me get the tv started.

The rooms would have been good if they aired out all the bleach they used in a room. Different scent would be nice. Staff was vaping in the elevator which was concerning. Also the staff can be more welcoming when walking through the door or even acknowledging folks when they are walking up to front desk. Other than that the pool was a great amenity and everything was tidy for the most part.

We had booked a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa, the room had a king and two chairs. We had 3 people. They did not have a roll away sleeper and could not switch rooms. ☹️

The hotel lobby looks really nice and the rooms are nice as well. The pool was filthy and so was the bathroom.
