Hallways smelled like weed and common spaces and hallways were dirty

The staff was nice and trying to do their best. But this place sucks lol it is bizarre and filthy

I would not stay here. We had to leave a day early and lost a lot of money. Moldy bathrooms. Broken lights. Dirty floors and linens. Lock didn’t work so had to barricade suitcase in front of door and the whole floor smelled like marijuana. Many people congregating in parking lot around our car otherwise we would have left that night. Did not feel safe.

This is my go to hotel every year. We travel out to VA for vacation however, this time around the room smelled like old feces and urine. There was a large cockroach coming out the room. The bathtub was just dirty if this was not up to this hotel looked like it needs to be demolished and rebuilt. That’s how disgusting this was to the point that I actually had to take my family elsewhere and stay at a different hotel.

Everything was good except you should tell guests to control children running in the hallway and people speaking loud after 11 and before 7 in the morning

Horrible

Not the best experience. They were going through renovations. It looked like the renovations were mostly complete. Just paint and vinyl flooring in our room. The shower had a leak that sprayed outside of the shower onto the toilet and floor. There was no one at the desk when we checked out. So I couldn't tell them about the trouble.

EVERYTHING IS FINE AND YHE SERVICE IS GOOD 👍. WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK 🙌

What a terrible experience. The rooms are nasty and poorly maintained. We were not able to check in until 6pm, due to them having “issues”. The room looked poorly maintained and the bathtub faucet was leaking which was very anoying when trying to sleep. The bathroom BYW is so tiny is difficult to close the door while you are inside. The following day we were out early and when came back after 5pm we found the room had not been made, but someone had come in and taken the used towels. Trash cans were not picked up, beds not made. I called the front office and was told I had to “ask” if I wanted the room made. No service offered other than brining towels and an attitude. At $250 per night I was expecting a decent place to rest, instead it felt I’ve landed in the ghetto and felt unsafe. Didn’t stay, we left right away. Stay away folks!

Property was clean

The room and bedding was clean and freshly done. The hallway had an odd smell. The elevator had a missing rail io theback wall and missing tiles on the front edge under the door. The shower has black mold in the caulking the coffee maker in the breakfast room would not turn off and spilled coffee on its base and the counter. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was just "ok" --Ceilings are low, shower head was really cheap and shower looked to have mold in the corners. Bathroom was really small and it was all just very mid to cheap.

There were signs saying they were going to be renovating, and it’s absolutely necessary. The highlight is the staff were extremely helpful and nice from checking to the house keeping. The negatives are the property is just okay the grounds is not the cleanest down to the elevator and the room bathroom had dirt in the corners. The breakfast was not appetizing at all and the pancake station was shutdown due to a roof leak so it limited the options. I stayed at the hotel years ago and it was way better. I would stay at the military highway location until they upgrade.

The hotel is in need of maintenance and updating. I was very nervous riding the elevator as it was very old, had no inspection sheet listed inside and creaked a lot. The room was okay. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. However, the sink faucet leaked and water built up in the tub when I showered. The woman who checked me in was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed at how busy the day had been. She kept sighing and wiping her brow. The breakfast was okay. The neighborhood felt a little shady. It wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Bathroom door lock doesn’t work properly, shower hot water is leaking, main entry door is jammed.

Everything was smooth . The front desk was helpful with the layout of the hotel . It was quiet and peaceful

Bathroom was disgusting and riddled with mold. ceiling was about to collapse with black mold painted over. Caulking around the bathroom was over mold and chunky and peeling up. Smell of mildew and pet was overwhelming. While at the front desk many other people were complaining of there rooms as well. Shampoo, conditioner and soap containers were not locked so we didn’t trust to use it. Garbage can was also disgusting when we took the bag out.

Did not feel safe, and the place is very worn out!!

It was not what I expected let’s put it tat way. I checked in we to the room and immediately wanted to check out .
