Great breakfast and the kids loved the pool.

It’s beautiful outside. But the rooms are old, dark and dirty. you could hardly get into the bathroom because the toilet is at the front. The refrigerator had so much frost and was not cleaned. There was no chair to sit down, no hair dryer. The breakfast area is not well organized. I talked to the manager, he said going through renovation. Don’t go there.The front desk staff could care less.

Staff are friendly and well-spoken. If I keep the overall quality aside, it is family friendly.

Went during July 4th weekend, busy but was able to park. There are lots of entrances avaliable with your room key. The AC was loud but worked, same with all the all the room doors. We didn't make it to breakfast. Guests were a little noisy but thats not the hotels fault.

Dirty, not in fire marshals standard, they had regular fire alarm not business regulated, fire alarm system.

The property is very clean , the best part was the pool and the refrigerator. The breakfast options was horrible and also the bathrooms are extremely small like cubby space, the rooms are similar to booking a motel and for the price I don’t think was adequately okay for the price I paid.

The French toast lacked flavor. The cucumber-infused water provided at breakfast was not fresh and appeared to have been left out from the previous evening. The door lock mechanism in my room was loose, raising serious safety concerns. The bathtub drained very slowly. The bathroom was extremely small, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The breakfast on day 2 was about the same. Kids at this point just wanted " make your own waffles and fruit " The cucumber-infused water provided at breakfast on day 2 was not fresh was warm to the container touch. Day 2 the front desk agent appeared to be asleep at 7am (had head down at desk ) Day 1 and Day 2 the bed was hard on my back, even with extra blankets and pillows my arm and back were in pain and could not find comfort. Everytime, to closed the main room door, the wall light near by would flash on/off automatically. The floors needed to be remopped. I have video of the dirty bathroom walls and slow draining tubs.

Dirty and not maintained at all, there was hair everywhere on the floor in our room. I asked for room service 3 times to have our room cleaned and it did not get cleaned. We found cockroaches in our room the second night, we saw at leat 4 of them in our room and bathroom. Staff there was not helpful at all. The only person that was helpful was the receptionist at the front desk, he was polite and tried to help resolve our issue however the housekeeping was not doing their job. The manager was not there so we were unable to put in our complain directly with him. We ended up checking out early after 2 nights and requested a refund. We were suppose to stay there for 5 nights.

We have stayed in 8 La Quinta Motels in the last two months. This is one of the better one. Clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was well stocked. We had to make a booking change and add a day and it went perfectly smooth. We’ll keep staying at LQ. Thanks

Room was okay. Staff was nice

My stay had a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations, as it did not feel properly maintained upon arrival. In addition, staff support and responsiveness could be enhanced to create a more welcoming and helpful guest experience. Considering the overall experience, I did not feel that the stay provided value that matched the price paid. With improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and overall guest experience, the property could offer a much better stay for future visitors

Louis was great getting us all checked in and settled. The hotel room was clean but very worn. The building was going through some much needed upgrades. The grounds, specifically the side where the dog walk area is, was littered and neglected. Trash bags overflowing for a couple of days. Continental breakfast was good, pool area clean and enjoyed by several guests. The area is very noisy and poor soundproofing in the rooms. Plenty of parking.

rooms had blood stains on mattresses on 2/3 rooms. When I spoke to the GM he said that honestly all of the mattresses are like this and owners don't give us enough money to purchase new ones. Shame on you as a hotel to rent rooms like this and then not give people their money back!!!!!
