Red Roof Inn Virginia Beach

Me gustó que cuenta con parqueo minibar y microondas; no me gustó qué dentro de la habitación había un olor a humedad o a orín de gato, el piso parecía estar sucio y estaba pegajoso como si hubieran vomitado en el y habían moscas dentro de la habitación. Lo que se nota es falta de limpieza y no dan desayuno; pero como veo falta de limpieza me imagino como sería su desayuno si dieran, así que igual no lo comería.

Dirty room, smells like cigarettes, exposed wiring for a/c unit, not enough towels for number of guests booked, mold, vanity falling apart, blood on sheets, stained pillows when shown to staff, they refunded us $100 of an $800 booking

Pésimo servicio el del personal,hice la reservación en línea, llegué e hice el checking me dieron la habitación 206 una hora después de estar en la habitación, alguien llegó a abrir la puerta diciendo que esa era su habitación. Fui a la recepción y dijeron que había sido una confusión por el personal tres horas después, alguien más volvió a llegar y abrió la puerta y me encontró totalmente desnudo. Qué pésimo servicio.

Curtain had food all over it like there had been a food fight in the room previous to us. No shower curtain, had to ask for one. No towels, had to ask for some. Old, outdated rooms.

No remote in my room. Awful, musty foot smell. No soap provided.

The room was nasty and the towels and sheets were dirty. Floor was disgusting never again!

Wish the mattress would have been better quality, but everything else was excellent!

Best bang for buck. Clean premises very helpful staff. No complaints. Oh .. TV channels were not flipping on remote. Was only stuck on one channel. But it really didn't matter to me

Location Dirty, maryjuana smell everywhere.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I thought the rate for 2 nights was fairly reasonable, considering the location and time of year compared to some places closer to the oceanfront. I was wrong. We got to the room, no microwave, no refrigerator, no hair dryer or clothes iron. Thank goodness I brought my hair dryer and portable steam iron. There was no drain plug for sink or bathtub. The floor was dirty. There was a bug in the shower, and my husband found others that he didn't tell me about until after we checked out. The towels were thin and appeared stained/dirty. The makeshift bedspread was stained; bed was not comfortable at all. It sank in the middle. The ac was a window unit placed in the wall, which said to replace filter. God only knows what we were breathing in and it wasn't even very cold. My husband went to the office to complain and we were told that we booked a "standard" room. So standard means nothing but a bed and a bathroom and a tiny TV? We travel frequently and have stayed in "standard" rooms that were way nicer. Will never stay at another Red Roof Inn if no amenities is there idea of "standard." Wasn't worth what we spent.

as soon as I walked in the room I walked right out, smelled like cigarettes and other things, i couldnt stay there with my family, i was not the only person who complained. I asked for a refund and the manager was not there, i just left and booked the hotel next door

Missing some towels otherwise good.

There was a wrapped on top of the shelving by the bathroom but could easily be missed as it’s out of site. Otherwise pretty good and slept well!

Terrible hotel and staff… would not recommend

The staff is amazing. It's definitely a pet friendly establishment. I did see quite a few dogs on the premises but none were vicious.

I liked the location since it wasn’t too far from the beach. The sheets and bedding were stained with red and brown spots , when given new ones they were dirty as well. The bathroom had a nasty scent.
