The property was clean, with easy parking, and the price is why I picked here. (Our room did smell like cigarettes when we first arrived and it is non-smoking). However, spend the extra money if coming to the area on business. Not worth the risk.

My room has no mini fridge no microwave and my friends room had all that and we paid same price. The room was filthy dirty. I will not stay there again.

No room service. Our first room did not have AC, so we had to switch rooms. Our toilet was clogged, and they made us use the plunger to unclog it and it didn’t even work. Sheets and blankets were thin and provided no warmth at all. Had to go downstairs and get your own towels, washcloths, and toilet paper.

location I contacted the hotel because the toilet in our room was clogged, but we received no response. The hotel claims to be non-smoking, yet the room smelled horribly of cigarettes; the bed sheets were dirty, and one even had a cigarette burn.

ALTHOUGH THE AMENITIES ARE A LITTLE OUTDATED, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN

Took one look at the room and did not stay.

Our room at Red Roof was okay for the two of us and we made it manageable. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t look as up to date as the pictures and some things just looked dirty. For example, the bedsheets were horribly stained and the floor was filthy. We would get a shower and within 5 minutes of walking around, our feet were dirty. By the end of the trip I was wearing my shoes around because I was disgusted. When receiving towels occasionally you would find long black hairs as if they were not cleaned entirely. If it wasn’t just me and my significant other staying, we would have found a different place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room smelled like marijuana when we walked in. The TV did not work, even after being told by the desk clerk that we had to use the input button and switch the hmdi channels, still didn’t work. The sink was not clean and still had hair in it. The counter was not wiped down, there was some sort of dead insect that looked to have been there a while. There was mold and water marks on the back of the bathroom door. The tub looked like a hammer had been taken to the bottom of it. The best thing I can say is the bed was very comfortable once you got past the shin banging metal frame that stuck out about two inches from the mattress on both sides of the bed.

The staff I interacted with while I stayed there were great and very polite. I appreciate you guys. I didn’t have a mini fridge in my room and there was no hand soap in the dispenser and there was no bar soap on the sink. So that was disappointing but overall was a good stay.
