Nice property very, nice property, you can see that they are making some adjustments in the rooms. I frequent this place on a regular basis, while visiting family. There were a few things that needed some attention, one on them is pool area could have been cleaner, Water was awfully dirty. Floor very wet with hair and debris from people using the pool, there was a lot of stocked towels to use, bathroom's could use a touch up every now and then. Area wasn't cleaned the entire time of my stay. Rooms need some hooks in bathroom on walls for hanging purposes. There was no where to unpack your suitcase,so basically just live out of suitcase which is fine for a day or two but longer, you should have an option probably.All Staff was pleasant beside one young lady who stay on her personal cell phone instead being attentive to Guest. Air conditioner in room very LOUD sounded like a plane was about to take flight ✈️😄. Overall I still enjoyed our stay and will continue to make the choice of returning in the future visits. Thanks!

Everything was good there besides the ice machine on the 4th floor was never fixed

been over a month and still haven’t received my 200$ deposit.

The staff was friendly and the room was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast that was open till 10 am - longer than most. Parking lot is tight, but had a few spots left. Would stay there again, no question.

This is an older property not terribly bad but the bathrooms were so so. When checking in they only could give us 1 key card for the 3 of us because they were short keys for awhile. Maybe order some more

Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good though nothing special. A very comfortable night at the right price.

I fully paid in advance for my son to stay in this hotel but they charged him a $20 "convenience" fee. I'm not happy about that. I feel they took advantage of my son.

I didn't like the hotel. The service was terrible. I spent 4 nights in this hotel. The first day they didn't do my room, the second day I came back at 7.30pm and the room was undone, the beds just like I left them. When I complained at the front desk, they just looked at me, saying nothing, not even an apology. The AC didn't work in common areas like the gym or lobby. I needed to ask twice for toilet paper. The breakfast is terrible. I paid $250 a night and that is the service they provide.

Everything was perfect! Absolutely stunning hotel and amazing stay. Great location, about 15 mins from beach, 8 mins from Golden Corral. Hotel was immaculate, breakfast was amazing so many options for everyone from assorted breads and desserts, to eggs with sausage and pancakes. Had a oatmeal bar, even had toppings for your eggs with cheese, spinach and salsa. Had yogurts, toppings for your breads, Antoinette was fantastic! Best breakfast! Staff was so kind, pool was beautiful with peaceful outdoor patio. Would definitely stay again! Loved everything! Everything was perfect!

This is the second time staying in this hotel. Terrible experience- not clean bathrooms and overall the staff was not nice

The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got filled when our room was freshened. Really like the place and location, but the attention to detail was off this year.

Had to change rooms due to blood being on the sheets.

The staff was great, food was good, price was reasonable. The work being done in the parking lot created some parking issues.
