The staff was extremely helpful. I loved how clean everything was and it smelled wonderful.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Property was wonderful. Didn't like that the TV had limited channels

The suite was spacious and very clean. The pool was on the older side, but it was nice to get it and swim about. Breakfasts were amazing; staff was helpful.

the bathroom toilet flush was broke. and was unoperatable as soon as we entered the room. the toilet seat and surrounding was also unclean. In addition the glass mirror was very dirty.

Our stay was enjoyable. Friendly staff and great amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Conversely, Tiffany demonstrated exceptional resourcefulness, a friendly demeanor, and remarkable kindness towards my family and me. She consistently greeted us, inquired about our daily activities, and offered valuable recommendations for local attractions. Craig also provided significant assistance and kindness to my family and me. Given the considerable difficulties we experienced in securing room cleaning and fresh towels, his efforts to resolve these issues were truly outstanding.

Over used

The ac was broken in our room and wouldn't shutdown so it was freezing most of the time. Had to lay a blanket over the ac.

Nothing. It smelled and was not clean It smelled like pot It was not clean Furniture was stained Was uncomfortable

Nice property very, nice property, you can see that they are making some adjustments in the rooms. I frequent this place on a regular basis, while visiting family. There were a few things that needed some attention, one on them is pool area could have been cleaner, Water was awfully dirty. Floor very wet with hair and debris from people using the pool, there was a lot of stocked towels to use, bathroom's could use a touch up every now and then. Area wasn't cleaned the entire time of my stay. Rooms need some hooks in bathroom on walls for hanging purposes. There was no where to unpack your suitcase,so basically just live out of suitcase which is fine for a day or two but longer, you should have an option probably.All Staff was pleasant beside one young lady who stay on her personal cell phone instead being attentive to Guest. Air conditioner in room very LOUD sounded like a plane was about to take flight ✈️😄. Overall I still enjoyed our stay and will continue to make the choice of returning in the future visits. Thanks!

Everything was good there besides the ice machine on the 4th floor was never fixed

I like the location it was accessible to wherever I went. The pool it has too much chlorine, we couldn’t even use it.

The staff was friendly and the room was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast that was open till 10 am - longer than most. Parking lot is tight, but had a few spots left. Would stay there again, no question.
