ocean view balcony was covered in water from ac unit-which was slimy so we couldn't even walk out on it without shoes. Refrigerator did not work, which I needed for my medication finally switched it out.

I recommend this property the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was around a lot of shops and restaurants.

The staff was very accommodating the lady I had to help me with my reservations accommodated me with an extra State from one room to another. She was very nice.

Upon arrival, Bed needed changing and tub was clogged when showering 🚿 but staff was on it as soon as I brought it to their attention. Taken care of ASAP!

This was without a doubt the single most horrible experience at a hotel I have ever encountered. The 7.6 star rating is absolutely a lie. The photos are not accurate other than the view of the ocean. I will say the room was clean but nothing worked. The maintenance crew was one person who was dealing with a broken elevator, as well as nothing working in the rooms from the TV, key cards, hair dryers, overflowing toilet, people getting locked out of rooms, telephones not working and more. We changed rooms 3 times in one night and never had a room that everything worked in. We kept the last room because everything inside worked but no key card would work and we needed a master key to enter and an employee to help. Don’t get me started on the “we have a really nice pool” I booked this for 7 of my friends and I am so embarrassed. I have been in a hotel that lost complete power overnight before due to a car accident and that was a 10 star experience compared with this. Whoever owns this property should be ashamed to charge what they do. The only thing that was right was it had a beach view. I truly feel sorry for the employees dealing with complaints 24/7. I can’t believe you can’t give a zero rating. 7.8 ha! Unbelievable

Great view. Beds were soft and comfortable. I liked the little sink and counter space in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Refrigerator does not work well the lights do not turn on in the bathroom the lighting beside the beds aren't adjustable and we were told it was a walk-in shower for handicap accessible individual however it is not

This smaller, beachfront hotel doesn't have all the amenities that a large hotel has but it's everything you need. Room was clean and comfortable tho our shower water pressure was lacking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The store connected to the hotel came in handy. A special note to say the fighter jets fly over this end of Virginia Beach all day until approximately 10pm and they are very loud.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The delicious flavored water in the lobby was refreshing and a nice touch.
